45 years old 1st bulking cycle 15% body fat

I'm helping my friend design his first bulking cycle and he wanted to hear from you guys too, not just me. He's 45, 6'1" tall, weighs 175 and has less than 15% body fat. He wants to go the slower safer lean bulk method. He wants to see a 20-30 pound gain and I told him some of that is going to be water. This is what I designed for him to do the next 4 months:

100mg Test Prop - MWF
100mg Masteron Enanthate - MWF
100mg NPP - MWF
25mg Anadrol - MWF (a couple hours before the gym under the tongue)
Aromasin & Caber is sitting here when/if needed
Tudca & NAC every day
1 gallon of water throughout the day

8am - 16oz water
9am - Banana
10am - 2 packs of Kodiak protein oatmeal w/ scoop of peanut butter
11am - 16oz water & Animal Pak vitamins
12noon - 6 scrambled eggs & 1 bagel w/ jelly
1pm - Greek yogurt, chia seeds & orange juice in a shaker bottle
2pm - Muscle Meds Carnivor Protein shake w/ whole milk
3pm - 16oz water
4pm - 2 fillets of white fish mixed with brown rice & butternut squash
5pm - 2 hours of weights & machines in the gym (full body) MWF
7pm - 50grams of cluster dextrin carbs
8pm - Ground beef, brown rice & avocado w/ 16oz water & Animal Pak vitamins

8 hours of sleep

I’d say try 4000 cals a day with 4 or 5 days lifting a week before adding ANY compounds, even just test. Being 45, he should get bloods to see what his natural levels are and go from there. 6’1” 175 lbs is pretty small to be thinking about juicing; I was 5’10” 185 lbs 15% bf when I started and really I could have done at least one more bulk natty if I’m being honest with myself, so I get the urge to just go for it. If he is dead set on a cycle no matter what, 500mg test e or c for 15 weeks (subject to health markers) is a pretty standard newbie cycle. Anything else is going to be overkill and probably will lead to unnecessary sides.

First cycle and you got him pinning 9mls a week for four months? How about just going with test...maybe test with an oral Kickstart. Has he followed this diet before cycle? Or tried to eat to gain? Seems way overcomplicated to me all around.

This cycle and diet = 7-9 pounds
This diet isnt going to come close to your goal of 20-30lbs. But it will work
I did see where kodiak has a 20 gram per packet oats but 10 grams sugar. Would be cheaper to make your own

Personally mate I'd just stick him on 500mg Test E and 400mg NPP per week. Scrap the Masteron and Anadrol altogether. Then there is no need for the Tudca and NAC.

Love the combo as I have bulked on that as well. I personally only like TP with ED dosing. I metabolize drugs out of my system extremely fast though. Might work for your friend just fine.

Does Greek yogurt and orange juice in a shaker bottle sorta taste like creamsicle? I’m intrigued…

Looks nice, maybe just after a week or 2 up the adrol 25g and can do it 2 more times too so maybe week 1 25mg, week 2 50mg, week 3 75mg, week 4 100mg.
And for me test prop, npp, and sust even is eod the furthest. Probably better for ed with the prop but can get away with eod. And why not just pop in mast prop it seems it just goes better with that injection protocol. I really think that cycle would keep water retention down even with the adrol.
But just my opinion and saying how my body would most likely react, everyone is their own chemistry equation.
