Ok I been gone for awhile but I'm back I gained some body fat so I'm doing alot of cardio right now I just want some feedback from my bros

Welcome back what are you thinking about running for your first cycle back
Not 100% sure but I'm going start off with some glp-1 and trt until I lose enough body fat get in shape enough to where I feel good and can throw some weight around in the gym then I'll put together a real cycle
Good idea get your body back into decent shape before the anabolics
Welcome back man! I had a similar return situation last year. It’s like riding a bike. After a few weeks of getting in there and going again everything falls back in place! Glad to see you’re not giving up and go get it dude!!!

Welcome back, brother! Might be worth spending your first 3 months or so back in the gym soaking up those muscle memory gains, then once that starts to plateau blast off! Shit will come back quick if you had a good base before so feel like that would help get the most bang for your buck without adding extra risk of ripping a tendon off the bone if you blow up too quick initially. Whatever you do though, enjoy it.
Yea I'm definitely not going blast off but probably start a light trt then check my bloods then blast off
