+ 3 Touchdown booyaaa!

ad

Tasty touchdown from UGFreak! Parra T400s and some AI. The guys were super helpful on this order as I changed my mind and just simply asked them if it was possible to alter the order. Usually this is impossible because it’s already gone to shipping ect, but I ended up with an extra vial! And I was only asking for something of lesser value!
Anyway was a nice touch and goes a long way when you spend a fair amount of money, and it definitely deserved a touchdown review! Love Parra, I’m currently running the NPP with the test E and their Anadrol. My strength is through the roof. I’ve kind of got to a point where I’ve lost a fair amount of BF and I’m plateauing with the weight gain. I Definitely could eat more calories, But my business is just so Physically demanding, I’m constantly dehydrated and hungry. Sometimes I just go through the day without eating enough. Then when I get home, I binge eat. So yeah, something I definitely need to address If I want to get the most out of my hard work in the gym and supplementation.

Gotta give it to ya still making the gym with a back breaking job. That's Def not easy.
There no way u can bring grain bars bananas and some chicken salad and hard boiled eggs in a bag. And just pop some food in your mouth here and there? I've done labor jobs and that's what i used to do.

Yeah bro, I try to pack as much as I can but I still just get caught up in work and next thing the day is over and I gotta go to the gym haha. So I’ll definitely munch a banana and a protein shake with added Maltodextrin carbs. Then try to drink a shit tonne of water (because I’ve done one piss all day).
I got two kids and running a business so meal prepping is something I really gotta just get into it.
Small meals, frequently so you’re not feeling slow and tired. So much more gainz to be had from diet bro. People see someone massive think that oh look at that bloke he’s on roids bla bla but it’s mostly diet and training.

I honestly think it's more like 60 percent diet 30 percent training and rest, 10 percent all the supplements and other shit.
Is everything in good order health wise with the low water intake? I must imagine your blood must be real thick and kidneys might not be too happy. I hope that's not the case. But you should Def drink water just cuz it can prevent allot of shit.

No I’m in good health. As I think I mentioned I don’t drink alcohol, do drugs or anything anymore. But I definitely could drink more water during the day. But I smash it all when I’m home. I wake up and guzzle 500ml straight off the bat.
I’m taking liver support, NAC, all the usual vitamins, taurine ect ect.
I get my bloods done every couple of months.
Slight abnormal readings from the liver (but that’s after a heavy cycle) when I have a break it goes back to normal. Like I said, Bro, it’s just something I have to try and discipline myself to do. I’ve been trying 30 years now. I’ve had hectic spinal fusion surgery been through all sorts of shit. Looking after my body is number two after my kids.
I need to get off the tools!! that’s my problem haha
Good rant..

Ugh i know about that back pain... not fun. Ruptured disc's myself. Thank God I'm good now.
Lol.. get off the tools.
I did see something not to long ago that said there are optimal times to eat and all. But as long as your eating the calories. You'll be alright, and much better off than someone who's not. I think a long as you get some good in during the day and you eat majority of your calories at night you'd be alright. The only thing i was curious about was the water. Since for be one i get dehydrated getting back fully hydrated isn't just as simple as drinking a bunch of water it takes a day or 2.
It sounds like your alright though. Hope everything goes your way bro.

Much appreciated feedback bro

No doubt bro. We have to adapt things because of work demands. You won't catabolize despite that due to hormones. I'm curious, what dosages are you running weekly?

Decent numbers lol. Currently I’m running a g of test a week. NPP 150ml EOD so that’s roughly 600ml, 100mg of Adrol but I’m about to stop. I’ve running it for a while and I think it’s just at that point where I need a break for my body to recover and then hit ot again when my body has lost some tolerance.
I love Adrol though it’s definitely my favourite oral. I don’t drink, smoke or do any party drugs anymore so my health is good. Just really need to get my diet tuned in and I would 100% be seeing 30% more gainz I Rekon. (Oh and a splash of tren ace here and there haha) but that really kills my appetite.

Trt bro lol
This is a solid blast, as long as you keep an eye on your hematocrit, lipids and blood pressure, keep going. But I believe you have a point. You're having trouble fitting in your diet and increasing your gains due to your work routine, complicated, I understand that. But I believe that one of the only reasons you're putting up with going so long without eating is Adrol, because it has a huge effect on your stomach. Many people use it even in pre-contests because it retains water in the muscles giving a fuller aspect , but also to control hunger, because as it ends up putting pressure on the stomach, hunger goes away in the final moments of preparation. I think that if you stop taking Adrol 100mg you'll feel much better. (I also think it's one of the best orals). I would do this at least until you stabilize your routine and how you're going to solve this issue of going so long without eating during the day. But if your body is already giving you signs, the smartest decision would be to reduce these doses, to less than half for a while. Check your blood pressure and your bloodwork to see the lipid panel and HC, these things are sometimes silent but they screw anyone in the long run. Bro, good gainz !!!

Good advice brother, yeah I think I’m dropping the adrol for a while. The NPP is keeping me strong and full anyway without all that stress.
I might even switch to dbol next blast.
Yeah bro Tren and Drol can kill my appetite but I found using Tudca and NAC help dramatically, as he helps with bile duct and acid reflux.
I do get regular blood test done.
Honestly, some of the best gainz I’ve had was just from high test! Nothing else. NPP definitely helps with the strength and makes my joints feel much better. But I drop it back to 200ml a week after the blast.
