I use the pill cutrer route. But for many pressed pills, you are not always going to get the exact dosage. Talked to a friend of mine in medical school and the pills that are pressed also have fillers. So there can be more medicine on one side than the other etc. For the most part though, it still works. Some days a little more than others but should not be anything crazy.
