Offseason push in full effect! Just finished week 10 of a 20 week bulking phase. Currently running 1g test and 500 EQ. I am super happy & surprised w the bloods that came back especially with the lipid profile. e2 is in a good spot although I feel my joints could be better… may bring in a little dbol to see how that feels. I also have Anadrol on hand which Id love to toss in the mix at the end.

Training has been progressing smoothly. Getting stronger every week and focusing on progressive overload + time under tension. Gains are coming along. Really have been enjoying this bulk. No side effects, just compounds working and energy/mood is up.

Training has been a mix of ppl and upper lower, always hitting legs twice a week and chest/shoulders twice a week. I’ve been consistent with 30 min fasted cardio 6 days a week and a little full court basketball once a week.

Food intake is usually a mixture of 4 - 3,800 calorie days, and 3 - 4,500 calorie days. I just let my appetite dictate my intake usually and it’s been effective so far. Always hungry every few hours anyways. My leg days are the days that I push for 4,500 calories. I’ve been incorporating more fruits and veggies than ever. My current go-to’s are peas, diced carrots, tomatoes, onions & peppers, pineapple and frozen berry mixes. Macro goals are 275 protein, 500-600 carbs, 80-100 fats

Estro is in range but low, agree. 5mg dbol will give a small bump plus the happy feel of good dbol and strength gain will be welcome. Could bump test up 200 and retest in 4 weeks but a lil dbol will relieve that...flip a coin. Hematocrit isnt that high. 81mg aspirin keeps you fluid

I've noticed my back doesn't break out so much when I'm running >10+iu hgh in my off season, which is normally Test EQ. You might see if that helps man. Your E2 looks great. When I run EQ I take Methylene Blue ed/eod to lower my hematocrit. A little Metformin lowers my RBC and Hemoglobin. And stay well hydrated. Couple things I've picked up over the years. I just know donating blood can make you anemic and then oxygen can't get to your muscles. Can take 6 months or more to get those iron levels back up. So I quit donating a few years ago. Just something to think about. Enjoy your bulk man. I love Test + EQ + HGH

Thanks for the input bro. I’ve been hearing more about methylene blue and how it can lower hematocrit. I try my best to stay on top of my hydration. With all the methylene blue talk it makes me want to try it out

Ya it seems like this year alot of pro's even are starting to realize the importance & benefits of compounds that can enhance mitochondrial function at the cellular level. New breakthrough compounds like slu-pp-332, 5-amino-1mq, mots-c, nad+. And then you have Methylene Blue that's been around for almost 100 yrs and now it's been researched more it's benefits are better understood. Methylene Blue is pretty awesome stuff. When I use it I take 10mg ed, first thing in the morning. It's not a stimulant but it gives you a nice smooth level energy throughout the day. You also feel like you can breath better, you can literally feel that your body is getting more oxygen. Seems like an immediate endurance boost. It also reduces oxidative stress/oxidization within your cells. This is huge since heavy intense training in the gym results in exactly that, oxidative stress in your muscle cells/other cells. So MB reducing oxidative stress means quicker recovery. Running gear also causes oxidative stress that affects the lipids of your kidneys, which can cause diabetes, hypertension(high BP) and make your body store more fat(obesity). MB also has a nice nootropic effect since it passes the blood brain barrier you get more oxygen into your brain as well. More focused, less brain fog, just really puts me in a great mood. MB and slu-pp-332 have both become a permanent part of my off season and prep in the last year or so. There's so many benefits it's just crazy. Definitely give them a try

Running over 8iu hgh is a waste if not countering with other chems. That whole balance deal. Above 6iu your guts are growing great otherwise. Its just medical reality

Depends what your goal is running it. If you're just wanting fat loss and a little synergy with your gear then sure you don't need to run much at all. However...IF you are experienced and know how to use High Dose Test/Gear + High Dose HGH(12-18iu) + Insulin + Carb Cycling you can make massive gains and really push past your genetic potential/limits. This is how open class bodybuilding has been doing things for decades bro. Just this last year or so current Open Class IFBB Pros are opening up and talking about this exact thing and their cycles. It's becoming pretty much common knowledge at this point. Whereas in the past they couldn't openly talk about it because of their supplement sponsors, etc.. Most still won't. Assuming high doses of gear are in play, once HGH is > 10iu+ that's when HGH can actually build new permanent tissue. This is how mass monsters are made. Lets not junk up Red's thread tho about hgh

Definitely not a conversation for your average gym bro or gym "enthusiast". Honestly it's not a conversation you really get to ever have with anybody for the most part. Damn dude, arms are looking great! I'm jealous of that vascularity. You mind if I ask what you do for your bacne? I've been getting a ton whenever I drop to a cruise (never get it on cycle no matter what I'm running it seems like) and have tried body washes and topical stuff but it doesn't really help all that much. I don't really want to go to accutane but my next step is to try doxycycline. Just curious if you have any other wisdom to share since it looks like we're in similar situations with that.

I ran doxycycline the duration of my last 4 month blast. It was a game changer. I might have gotten two pimples the entire time. It won’t make acne scars go away if you already have them, but it absolutely kept me from having any new breakouts, which in turn over time gave the existing acne time to clear. Just a note, my existing acne/bacne problem was never horrible, just light to moderate spotting here and there. Hope this helps!

Man, 4 months of doxycycline, I'd be more worried about fucking up your antibiotic resistance running any antibiotic that long. If you ever got sick and ended up in the hospital or ICU and they couldn't get any antibiotics to work on you because you fucked up you antibiotic resistance like that. Bro you could die. Be careful with those antibiotics

To shoot straight w you, I’ve done 2 rounds of doxy which sucked and did nothing. Waste of time. I then did a 6 month round of accutane prescribed by a skin dr where he jacked me up to 80mg a day (which in hindsight is overkill) for 2 months. Sore joints were wrecking me and sides were awful so I finished at 40mg daily for the last 4 months. Since then I’ve made sure to eat clean, I get acne bad when I eat lots of dairy aka whey protein. I also get it bad when I have a high sugar and fat diet like around the holidays. Between those things and making sure my e2 is in check I am able to manage it. 2 years ago I had it bad and was developing cysts on my neck and all on my back. So I’ve learned through trial and error what triggers it. I also shower twice a day and have a soft body brush that I use to lightly scrub my back.

At this point I always keep accutane 20mg tabs in the cabinet so that when I come off a blast I can take that to help with the hormonal imbalance acne

My derm ramped me up to 160mg Ed. I think I started at 40 and went up 40 each month. And to me the sides on 20mg ed were the same as 160mg ed. Super chapped lips. There’s a cumulative amount of accutane they want you to hit where they think has the best chance of it not coming back, or atleast that’s what they believed 10 years ago. So that’s why they ramp the dose up high. Low doses tend to keep acne away while you’re on it but it doesn’t shrink sebaceous glands enough to permanently.

I’m glad I asked then because I was gonna grab some doxy in my next order. I need to get a shower brush, I know that’ll help I’ve just been putting it off. Maybe I’ll just get some accutane and keep it for if it gets really bad again. I have a friend that doses at 5 or 10 mg and she says it still works. Thanks again for all the info, I’d rather get first hand experience for stuff like this.

It’s not available in most places, but I am a strong believer in topical tretinoin! It’s crazy how fast the stuff works and I only get 1-2 very rarely. Put this stuff on them for a day or two and they disappear. Really neat stuff that you can find with quite a few SRCs. I assume I am a hyper responder as most people take days to see results and have side effects such as drying or peeling. It’s been a lifesaver for me though.

Also since it works by preventing clogged pores it completely solved my blackhead issue! Even when I had no acne my nose would look damn near strawberry like no matter how much washing and/or popping the blackheads out. Just had large pores that got constantly filled. This stuff had them smoothed out and skin glowing within 2 weeks. Unnoticeable after a month. Now I only use it when something pops up as it is pretty strong stuff, but it’s a nice alternative when people think there’s no other option! Much less harsh than accutane.

Basketball? Can you still dunk? At that weight. I'm sure u can. I am 5'10" made so much off bets that i couldn't grab the rim cuz i was 250lbs. I was squatting 585lb deadlifting 635 for reps, I'd do box jumps onto a4 foot box with 80lbs of weight added to me. So i had no problem grabbing the rim. I couldn't dunk though. So people would make comments about me being bulky and stiff so i would do a split then they'd say something like yeah but u probably can't even run im like run motha fucka i can grab rim. So they'd be like bs, we would make a bet go to the gym and I'd do it and they'd be amazed. I'm like how would u think i couldn't with all this weight i lift and box jumps i do. Lol.
I bet u knock whoever is guarding u right on their ass when i drive in. Lol.

Careful if you late start drol so you dont catch headaches from bp. A good donation of blood mid cycle helps. I dont see your e2 level but if youre crunchy there 5mg dbol tabs from a top source. Adds a lil bang plus slight e2 raise.

I do a little broccoli but not my favorite anymore. I’ve over done it through the years. I still eat it a few times a week when that’s all I got left haha

I hit a push day that has 4 chest exercises, 16 total sets, with 6-8 sets to failure. It also has some an overhead press movement (1 set to failure), a lateral raise (2 sets to failure) followed by a dip machine that’s 1 set to failure. - this is a twice a week workout

I work to progressive overload those sets to failure. If I get more than 12 reps on a working set then I the following week I increase the weight by 5 or 10lbs and go for atleast 8 reps & work my way to 12 reps with that new weight.

Yea I've got buddies that are your height with long arms. Chest is always a hard gainer for them. But what they've done is have a completely isolated chest day and followed by the next day being a rest day with lots of protein.

I don't want this to come off negative because you look great but if you could catch up your chest and tighten the midsection up it would take your physique to a new level.
