+ 6 End of bulk/Final Push

Who’s ready for the new year gym newbies? Lol always an exciting time. Just makes me feel like more alpha hahaha.

Just an update here. Been bulking (kinda sloppy) the last 3 months and finishing up end of this month. 20 lbs up over this time frame. Currently 264lbs at 6’6. Haven’t been tracking macros just been eating and getting in my protein. Easily 4k calories daily. Carbs/fats all of it. The more the better. Cardio has decreased to 3 sessions of incline walking about 20-30 min. Training 4-5 days a week. Ran test/mast/npp for the last 8 weeks and didn’t like npp. Now that I’ve been on trt the last few weeks it’s been refreshing to have motivation again. I found that npp made me a lil lazier than I’d prefer.

Looking forward to starting a lil bit of Reta in the new year and start to peel off this spare tire around my waist. Going to (micro?) dose tren e at 50ish mg and see how that goes. Not a big fan of tren above 150 and said I’d never do it again but here we are ;)

Looking solid, but I highly recommend throwing in 3+iu of growth esp when bulking to minimize fat gain, esp at 4000 cals a day

Totally agree. GH is such a great addition when bulking. Yesterday I put on some pants I haven’t worn in a while and they were way too big. I’m like that’s weird, I could have sworn I could wear these without a belt last time. Measured my waist and I’ve lost almost 2 inches on it since I got back on GH in the summer. The entire time in a surplus bulking. With a little too much Ben and Jerry’s before bed lol. GH plus fasted cardio seems to be the key.

I just had to get off GH. Was running 4iu daily to try and bridge to my next cycle but something strange was happening to me that I haven’t experienced while using GH. I was getting the shakes, not like a sugar crash but more of a nervousness within my legs. Also, my sleep was getting worse and I would wake up with an elevated heart rate. I did some research and it turns out GH inflames you to the point it causes tonsils to grow or become swollen. I already have poor sleep cycles as it is but it was much worse. I’ve been off about ten days and I feel much better. I like running GH but my body can’t tolerate more than 2 IU a day.

I was using NPP and had no motivation at all, maybe a little depressed.

I was afraid to micro dose Tren Ace for the same reason but man, it’s been the opposite.

Tren A 150-200mg a week has been game changer. Full motivation and body changing rapidly.

150-200 was to much last time last time, mostly for sleep and sweating. Wish I could bc the effects were amazing

Building muscle in amounts large enough to change you appearance is crazy hard work when you're 6'6". I am the same height I only weigh 246 right now though some people I hangout with say I don't seem that big till I lend them a shirt. Keep showing out for the tall good work.

Less than 50 tbh. When I’m running tren over that I’m at 200-300

Wait, you’re saying you take Tren e at less than 50mg per week? I just want to make sure I understand correctly because I enjoy the effects of Tren but I don’t need the full effect of it. If you’re saying I can benefit with less than 100mgs a week of Tren E, I’m willing to try

Absolutely. I've seen a multitude of anecdotal microdose tren reports and they fall in line with what I've experienced aswell.

Alright man, that’s some solid info. I was deciding between trying to microdose Tren an again but only around 60mg a week. I think Tren e might be the better option. How many weeks do you do it in total?

I was able to run it much longer than a regular tren blast with perfect bloodwork. 12-16 weeks was fine for me

Correct. I don't net as many benefits as I do with the higher dosages (I'd estimate I get about 60%), however, I don't experience any side effects whatsoever. With the higher doses I get insomnia and pretty bad night sweats.
