Curious to see everyone's choices. Personally for me it's Dorian Yates, his training style is my favourite one. Brutal, hard-core and works!

Jay Cutler was a monster and also a great ambassador to the sport. Phil Heath is a tight 2nd for me.
I got into keeping up with bodybuilding in 2010. So Phil for me.. everyone wants to talk about Yates, and cutler, and other but imo Phil is beyond underrated when people talk about olympias.
The roundness the dude had was bonkers, some of the best arms ever, he just was insane. 2011 Phil would keep up with the best of them before. Just sucks no one was there to truly challenge him.
He was a monster. Even more impressive was doing it all those years consecutively. He dominated at a time when size was really starting to get crazy.
Jay Cutler is my number one. His second run was even better than the first imo. He made me want to implement volume training more. Some of his show prep routines were nuts.

So many choices, overall I’d say Levrone, great physique but I’m impartial because I met the guy. He’s a genuinely nice guy, very friendly and approachable. As far as the mass guys, it’s shooting fish in a barrel, there’s so many of the same physiques I don’t know how they even judge the contests. The best physique for my choice? Prime career Berry DeMey. The guy was perfection and I don’t think he got the credit he deserved. At his peak, I feel he had the body that Frank Zane was trying to achieve, perfection.

Sergio sr is a great debate vs arnold on all out stage presence. Size, conditioning and posing. Even big lou shadowed arnold. But yes, those freaky genetics passed down...golden! Both are ready for greatness!

I have to go with Ronnie Coleman. He got me into bodybuilding. I watched his DVD’s religiously for years when I first started training. I still watch clips of him training before the gym to pump me up. Love his mindset and personality.
His heavy squat and deadlift videos get me hyped the fuck up!!
I’m going based on physique. And Right now, Keone hands down. The best physique out there.
