So I started running testosterone one injection a week for the last eight weeks. I haven’t seen much of a difference or feel that much energy.. I’ve been taking provision too. I need some help with this. My last free testosterone test was at 427 free testosterone.
Am I doing something wrong? Should I be feeling some type of way? Thank you for your help. I really need this.

Really Id say step one is we need up to date bloodwork to even begin. Otherwise we are just speculating. But as been said Nolvadex is not AI.
Also why do people avoid Aromasin now adays?
OK, yes nolvadex is not an AI I get that, but it does block the receptors to the nipples right? And we don’t want to take all the estrogen out of my system do we? Will an AI do that? Will it crash my estrogen? Just asking because others are saying that it’s very powerful. And It can crash. It really easy.

I get away with .25 arimidex a week and dont tank my estro but keeps me where i want it. I know aromasin comes different in larger doses
People get scared off because it’s suicidal and they hear that and think it means zero estrogen… no it just won’t rebound like crazy. With a proper dosing protocol it’s better in my opinion.
If your doing that for 8 weeks and don't feel anything somethings up IMO. Also saw the convo about nolvadex and a.i.'s. I prefer nolvadex because it blocks the negative sides from the estrogen but doesn't eliminate it from your body so u still benefit from the higher levels. And be careful with a.i. I've used a.i recently and it crashed my estrogen and it was 1/4 of a 1mg so I'm assuming it was overdosed.

427free is high. You not getting crippled pip is questionable. Quest or privatemdlabs and get a real uncapped test.

He just need to figure out how to dial it in and keep getting bloods until he has found his spot. Arimadex tanks estrogen and then it shoots up constantly. When touch run nolvadex everyday it stays consistent and helps estrogen problems.
anvilAdex is dose dependent, so you will not tank e2 only to have it rise up again. Test is converting to estro to quickly? Donate the body to science so they can figure out how he is doing faster then I do or normal people. If this is you're brother why are you doing this to him? Cruising at 400 test per week? Why? So he is like 225 lean bodybuilder with tons of androgen receptors? I don't really think you know how any of this works.

Yes yes yes. Thank u!!! I could not agree more bro. Arimidex is like hot flashes. Up and down shitty feeling. Nolvadex IMO is way better. Also i know this isn't it's use but i use clomid to block estro sides and for me it works better than nolvadex. Cuz sometimes I'll still have some soreness in the nipple with nolvadex.
Thats why ill use inly nolvadex sometimes. If im only cruising and i like my estrogen high because the water retention helps my joints but my nipples get gyno so ill take nolvadex 10-20mg daily depending on dose just to battle nipples. Estro in high 70s dont bother me so i wont use an ai at all

To answer your question have it on hand 100%! I personally do not have to take anything extra on my trt protocol. Even up to 300mg with Provi I do not need an AI. Around 500 I will need to start dosing… only way you will know is bloodwork. Once you know how your body reacts and can gauge what each compound is doing you will basically be able to tell, but bloodwork is the only 100% way. I would never recommend to implement an AI without needing it as the crashed e sides can be terrible.

Nolvadex(estrogen receptor antagonist) will not lower your estrogen levels at all. It will only block your nipple receptors from the estrogen preventing puffy or sore but your estrogen levels remain the same and its a SERM(selective estrogen receptor modulator). You need an aromatase inhibitor like arimidex or aromasin(lowers estrogen levels) that actual lowers estrogen levels.
He just wants a cosign based on some pro. Sure, back in the 70s folks ran nolva. But when real ai became easily available and found to be much better. Simple things like nolva reduces igf. One of the items we all desire. Sides like clots and strokes from nolva misuse. The list goes on but its better used for people wanting true growth. By our age and experience knowing and chatting with a pro on the daily is normal. @anvil keep up the good work.

Must be doing something right my brother probably listens to some of the things I say because of how much progress I've got done and how good of shape I'm in. Let me say he isn't being very detailed with whats going on and what has been said. First thing I told him is get a full panel and we can go from there his doctor only check his free test nothing else. I told him we can't do nothing with that until we see everything so no advice giving other than try running a ai and see how you feel. As far as myself and experience i do well considering I'm coached by body building contenders that's been doing it far longer than most and in person not over the internet. He lives 4 states away need to see bloodwork his problem is coming on here getting different info from everyone.
