DC TomFirst off, i would like to say that i am here to assume the position of fixing this mess that's been left behind. Secondly, i am sorry for everyone that did not receive their order. This will have to be done very organized and very professional as the previous I.T gentleman of this source disabled everything. I have acquired a new I.T individual but I've been directed to clean this up first. This will be how i tackle this daunting task
This will take about a weeks time to organized and make sure everyone is contacted and orders are figured out. The new email created is [email protected] please direct questions there. Anything not related to the individuals needing to be fixed will be addressed last and after everything is corrected.
Once this is done, i am unsure if this will stay DC, just recreated or if everything will be revamped. Im not that far into this yet.

So rather than write a lengthy and sincere apology to everyone that got left out of pocket many months ago, this time the blame gets passed on to the I.T guy - just like the shippers got the blame for everything going wrong the time before.

anvilI never had an issue with the gear, blood test always confirmed it was good, what I had used anyhow. So I would use it.

So apparently he emailed me back saying it was the new site and for the people that didn’t receive their previous orders they are reshipping or providing discounts based on your order that you didn’t receive. Can anyone confirm that they actually were compensated in anyway?
