What’s your routine for legs and what are you running again?

Training legs 2 times weekly. One primary glutes/hams.
Exercises, belted squat, leg press single leg, extensions, curls, a couple of random stuff to change it up.
Currently 300 test c gd , 150 primo inject meta, 150 primo ace gd, 3 IU high gd, 200 mcg igf1 gd.
Previous blast started at 300 test up to 1gram over 16 weeks, started at 150 primo up to 450mg, high aromatize for me so no ai currently but during blast 1 mg adex.
Hey brother what have you found from those doses of primo? I haven’t ran it enough to give input like you. I asked mak ages ago about low dose primo and he said “that would just be a waste of good promo” lol. I have always seen higher so that 150 number surprised me, but I’m sure lots of others would also be interested. Huge advocate for less is more.
anvilI have found nothing works as well when you balance harm mitigation with potential gains. I only use low doses on cruises, but its 300 right now one the primo ace and injectable combined. I am loving the ace. So, currently I am in maintenance mode. I just plan to keep this lean phase going a little bit longer and then mid December I have a the gear all planned out. I have used primo pretty much all year to some decree prolly longer. I feel great and I have maintained over 240 until recently without pushing food like crazy. I agree with Makwa 100% if you are running a growth phase 150-300 primo is a waste. But everyone has to find what works for them, blood work wise, gains wise, BF wise, I don't recommend to use it at 20% BF. I go up in dose until I cannot manage my health markers, if bp, or enzymes, e2, or blood, if I cannot mitigate it then I am backing down or staying put. Otherwise, why do all of this to be regular or a little bit better than average. All the risks for a little reward..nah not me

Fo you do the entire 200mcg of the IGF1 at the same time or do you use it PWO? I only use 50mg in the morning with cardio and with my HGH. Haven’t found too many specific articles on when the optimal times to use it are, just LR3 vs DES.
I remember you were running Parabolan, was that this cycle or last?
And lastly, is it normal to run primo at that dose? Almost every person who I’ve asked advice has said at least 1:2 test:primo for that primo muscle sheen and hardness but I’m all for running 400mg if it works for a 176lb under 15% BF like myself.
I’ve also thought about running DHB in lieu of Primo but I feel more comfortable with primo even knowing it’s a tighter rope to walk in terms of dedication to being out the most from it, I feel like DHB will be more forgiving or is that farcical line of thinking?

I am like the primo guy since makwa dipped, he loved it too. I didn't go to hard on this blast because I was testing out the theory on test c, and seeing which tren I could tolerate. I am a very high estro converter so primo does almost nothing to my e2. I have taken up too 800mg PW. No sides whatsoever.
For you , do whatever the blood work and gains tell you. Keep raising until health markers are unmanageable.
I tried dhb at 300pw from a great source and didn't feel like I got much if anything. But my guy SoS swears by it so I am going to give it another run at 400 next year at some point.
