Many good sources will take care of you for their mistakes it is called good customer service. It was cool they did that but it is expected and done by most good sources if they mess up or you have to wait or something. Best wishes using the GH.

Ahh mate read an awful story in the paper earlier - A walker and his dog slipped off a hill and onto some rocks by the sea in the stormy winds somehow, the coast gaurd came out in the boat and helicopter but rescued him and left his dog to die on the rocks!!! There is a bit of an outrage over it as people ask how could they leave his loyal dog to die in the sea.
