Plate sized Yorkshire pudding pastry
Fresh whole roasted xl chicken
Broccoli
Carrots
Mashed potatoes with milk and butter to mash
Gravy to finish

Looks stunning mate can’t beat a Sunday dinner in a Yorky one thing I would do to make it next level is do the carrots and some parsnips cut into batons and roast them in oven or air fryer.

Gotta love some m&s ice cream! Anything m&s is beautiful but expensive for me most of the time! I’m a Tesco or Iceland man!! When I’m down to my last few quid it’s Lidl I go haha!!

Mate I don't normally buy it from there, but as my car is in the garage still being fixed I am a foot soldier until further notice and my usual shop at Sainsburys is out of the window for now!! Lol I usually get Sainsburys own stuff and Morelli tubs. Thing is, all of these Ice creams that now come in the cardboard cones workout extortionate!! You get say a Ben & Jerry's tub 500ml for £5.50, or Sainsburys own for £3.50 - But then put that against an M&S 1 litre tub of Raspberry Ripple for £4 and the tub is WAAAAYYY cheaper overall. Double the price of these tubs for 1 litre and they are ALL a Rip Off. Tesco do VERY good Ice Cream but its 20 miles to get to my nearest store LMAO
Mate if you are at 182 more or less natty, or you have done 1 previous cycle to get there then you will definitely get to 220. When I began using gear I was naturally very very light despite training for several years naturally, I was only 140lbs despite being pretty strong - now I am 210 from using gear and consistently eating dense carb/protein foods through out the day. So I gained 70lb's on a very ectomorphic and crap build so you can do it
Should try Lidl wee miniature tubs off protein icecream same size all them ones your talking about and all different flavours salted caramel is my favourite and they have 20g of protein per tub only cost like 2.75 or something I think or there abouts

Mate, everything is so expensive now don’t you think? It’s scary the prices. Iceland does me to be fair I do well in there and Tesco second as they are quite expensive now too fs!
My missus is great at budgeting I just give her all my wages etc and if I need anything I just get it as and when needed.
In terms of gear you are bang on it’s like you know me haha!! I’ve one cycle under my belt did test e 500 and 40’mg dbol ed first for weeks. I gained a good 18lbs out of that after 12 weeks. Diet could have been better tbf but it’s trial and error I guess.
I’m bout to start test e 500 and 400mg deca for my bulk hence all the. Meals I’m gonna put all the effort into my nutrition this time round. If it’s ok I’ll hit you up for tips and advice and critique all the help I can get would be much greatful!
