Clenbuterol. Risk worth the reward?
Firstly I realise that Clen isn’t exactly a steroid but it gets thrown around the same conversations.
I haven’t used it but have had many friends do multiple cycles and large majority of times I watched them get amazing results.
Full disclosure. These guys I’m talking about were barely 20/21 at the time and shouldn’t have been dabbling with clean as their knowledge was limited to be nice!
This is why I’m not asking them about it, rather if anyone has some thoughts pro/con from experience I’d love to hear them pls.
For context I’m early 30s, clean bill of health (Heart/blood pressure/ fit RHR ~ 44. currently ~127kg, dropped 8.5kg over last 10 week solely on nutrition as not been able to train with injury. Just trying to figure out if the horror stories of feeling like being on a amphetimine/coke binge for the length of the cycle is as grim and dangerous as it sounds

Most people jump on Clen without really understanding how to use it … no clue how to manage sides, when to dose, or how to adjust based on response. It can be used safely, but it requires more than just skimming a few posts. You need real understanding of how it affects your system, especially long term.
Just my two cents from experience … it’s not dangerous if you know what you’re doing, but it’s not something to play with blindly either.
@Pandateston I recently acquired a bottle of clen. I’ve never had intent to use clen but since it fell in my lap I’m doing more research now.
Would you be willing to either give me a quick run down on how to use it, manage sides, when to dose, and how to adjust based on response and let me know how it works in my system or point me to the sources that you used to research this compound?
I’ll be looking for as much info as I can find I just don’t want to overlook the sources you used in my journey through the ocean of information known as the interwebs lol
Any anecdotal experience is also highly valued.
I only used Clenbuterol once and I don’t plan on taking it again. It’s not a magic pill that will make you lose weight with the snap of a finger. It can help speed up the process, but only if you’re training hard. However, the negative side effects make themselves known every single day. Personally, my hands were constantly shaking and my heart was pounding like crazy, keeping me from falling asleep. It just wasn’t worth it.
KonstantViktoryPick up the nasal spray "Afrin" , some dayquil, and some icyhot or some type of lidocaine spray for the legs... not get your ass to a comfy clean air gym with some EAAS/Electrolytes and get to your tour de France on a nice comfortable bike seat for some good long distance seated cardio....
If you get 12 hours of that in (total, not all at once) then you should be heading in the direction of fat loss... lol
What's the afrin for?
KonstantViktoryClenbuterol isn't a very good drug to take for hearth health. I've seen lots of people successfully implement it as a killer fat burning drug. It's banned, and used strictly in veterinary practice as an equine drug for horses. It increases the bodies ability to use oxygen, and also acts as a stimulant on the beta receptors. It has be used alongside a beta antagonist like benadryl in order to have continued effects. Common doses range anywhere from 20mcg-80mcg daily and titration by the week is typically used after tolerance is assessed. Typically used for 4-6 weeks.
I do NOT recommend using clenbuterol, and even if it could be recommended, 2-5mcg is all that should ever be needed. It is an incredibly potent drug and can cause heart problems.
What IS recommended is something like ALBUTEROL - the FDA approved cousin of clenbuterol. Typically more expensive, but much much much more practical, and much safer.
To me taking Clenbuterol isn't far off taking that other Rat poison known as D*P that basically acts like a microwave and cooks you from the inside out. Countless stories of lads over in the UK not even running steroids, but taking clen before bedtime and having a heart attack during their sleep and dying. These are healthy and fit Rugby players too. Not heard a single positive vibe from anyone running that stuff on how great you feel on it, other than constant anxiety, racing heart and nervousness. Just eat less food - if you are that intent on losing weight then you can do it mentally
Yes it’s dangerous. You’re dropping 2lbs a week. This is extremely high. Just keep doing what you’re doing.
Like you’re already killing it without exercise. Add in some exercise to get yourself going and you’re golden.
You don’t need any chemicals tbh.
Also rhr 44bpm just fuck you. I’ve had tachycardia my whole life and I do cardio everyday. Sub 80 for me is a good day.
For real bro. I read his resting heart rate and wanted to have a heart attack lmao. Mine sits usually between 60-90. I don’t know what to do to get it lower :/
Clen is harsh on the heart valves
No disrespect…. clen is for the finish line, not the starting gate
They s why I’ve asked here rather than going online and ordering a basket of PeDs.
Truth hurts but rather be told it’s a tool for last few % like few guys have said as opposed to an aid for where I’m at.
Do appreciate the feedback, not delusional posting pic of my keg on a bodybuilding forum, just wanted to be honest where I’m at and what people advise for it ----
oh shit I am bannedYeah at 280 pounds you need to just stop eating so much. If that’s you in your pfp you do not need to be even thinking about clen
Thanks, clearly not looking to lose another 60lbs here. Ideally stay at 260lb but make shedding body fat a bit easier along the way.
My end result may be worse than any of your starting points but that’s the thing. It’s mine ain’t it
Ya it’s just won’t really do much, it’s for losing the last 2 or 3 pounds when your sub 10%. So to answer the question about risk vs reward, risk is high and reward is low. And at 20-40mcg then yea you’ll feel like your coming down off of coke and just feel like shit at 10-20 mcg you probably won’t feel that way, maybe just a headache
