Severe muscle ache for days after injections?

ad

Hey guys I’ve just started my first cycle of Test E and Deca (500 test E per week and 200 Deca).

I’ve been having severe muscle aches the second and third day after injections probably a 8-9/10 on the pain scale sometimes not allowing me to move. I can’t figure out what it could be and can’t find any info anywhere online.

It’s not infection or anything and I’ve tried massage guns to massage it in as well as dosing twice a week instead of once. Nothing seems to help I’m still stuck with the severe aches day two and 3 with them starting to subside by day 4.

The muscles aches are isolated to where I injected.

Oh absolutely. True story here, and even with my education (100 years old) I didn’t put two plus two together until joining this forum. As a blood donor, I would always get nasty irritation, rash, pain, every time. After reading fellow members posts, I decided to ask about iodine instead of the alcohol for sterility. Red Cross uses a benzyl alcohol spray. Guess what? No more rash or irritation. Was almost like magic. We have allergies we don’t even realize, sometimes it takes listening to others.

You can try daily subcutaneous injections. Find some tissue on the upper glute. If you get the pain from that then switch gear. On that note, what are you using? Contact the source and inquire about the carrier oil. As others have said as well, pinning the arms is not good

Thanks for the info mate, I’ve tried my thighs as well and I couldn’t walk on day two and 3 so. It seems to be wherever I inject it does a number on me.

Surely its just down to you injecting Virgin muscle for the first time with steroid oils - just the same as the first time @Drexyl took his first meat injection in the arse?

Your muscle will get use to it over time and it will disappear the more you do it, we all went through this the first few cycles - part of the game buddy.

It’s been 3 weeks and hasn’t gotten any less intense, how long are we talking before my body starts to get used to it?

If this is your first time injecting oils, ever, 3 weeks is definitely virgin time. Keep an eye on your vitals and your urine. Sounds like what’s to be expected after reading this comment. You’re fine.

Exactly, those back doors don't really ease in until after a good first run. I think for me it was at least the first 2.

Breathe deeply, relax your muscles…

Injections are all done properly, my diet and my workout plan have been done by my personal trainer. Everything is in order and being done properly and im seeing results - the only issue I’m having is the aches after pinning and it’s letting me down for a couple of days. I still do my training plan and stretching my muscles out helps remove the aches but they hang around during the day and get pretty bad.

They are completely different to muscle aches due to training btw, I can tell the difference.

I didn’t even think of this, if I pin my arms the pain doesn’t go past my elbow, and the most pain settles just above my elbow almost like the oil pools there and sits. So this could be it thankyou.

Could I take antihistamines for this to stop my body reacting? Or would I have to swap sources?

1ml 27g I think they are.

1ml needles? So how you getting 500mg test and 400 deca in? Thats mad shots a week. Maybe thats why the pain. Get 3ml needles and mix the 2 together and down to 2 shots a week maybe? What potency is the test? 250? 350? 400? 500?

I tried my thighs for something different to see if they would be better - no better, I couldn’t walk for a day or two it was that bad. Worried if I do glutes I wont be able to sit lol.

And when I say arms I mean I’ve been doing the top of my shoulder muscles.

For me glutes react the least to pip, quad react stronger and delts have the strongest reaction.
Glutes are almost always zero pip for me. I always test new product in the glutes. If I have zero pip in the glutes I usually have minimal pip in the quads. If the glutes give me noticeable pip quads are like a 7 out of 10 on pip pain. If you are still getting bad pip from a glute shot I would try different gear. I save my delts for water based injections.
