So after I was told I was above 20% bf I said I was taking off for a bit, and this is why, I was definetly above 20% sitting at 207, now I'm 189, haven't calculated fat yet but I'd guess under 20 now, I'm going to have a thick abdomen no matter what BUT I can see those lines coming in. Hard work pays off. Heart surgery is tuesday!

I was born a fighter, it's all I've ever known. I've been homeless twice in my life, was 210 pounds and 5ft 5in till sophomore year of highschool couldn't even do a single pushup. Father tried to kill himself in front of me and almost watched my grandpa blow his brains out,And born with a heart problem on top of it. Fighting is nothing new to me. You guys are all so awesome and I appreciate the love and good wishes

Unfortunately the only guys who are tough enough to fight through had to have it the hardest but it’s a blessing ina weird kinda fucked up way. I’d rather have suffered and be a fighter then be naively soft, you know?

Haha, yeah, brick on the gas. I’m not lying, in prison, 100, I kept my shirt on and only popped the top once a year to look in the mirror, once a year on my bday to see what I did to myself. For like 30 secs. Then it’s shirt back on and back to work .
