+ 1 any guide to mixing and pinning BPC-157?
I've had an overuse bone injury for over a year and minimal activity was recommended. I feel I have exhausted other possibilities and want to try BPC-157
BUT - I have never pinned anything before and need someone to baby talk me through it.
I have done due diligence and attempted research but I want someone to check my work.
I buy 5mg vial of BPC-157 powder (lab tested)
The daily dose is 0.25mg x 2 but I have heard its fine to take 0.5mg in one go.
thats 10 days of doses per vial, so if I have to mix with BAC water (not sterilized) because I will be dipping into the same vial for 10 days.
After mixing I keep in the fridge and use a clean needle every day, clean area with alcohol swab, pinch the skin around injection site and inject.
Anything wrong here?

I have 157 on the way to help with my elbow tendinitis. I’m all ears here. Fucking tired of wearing the elbow band.
I'd do no less than 500mics 2 times a day morning and night. 6-700 is the sweet spot for me so total of 1mg+ a day. IM works better than sub-q so I try to go deep as I can into my shoulders then I do some exercises right after to circulate blood. Goes better with TB500
How much Bac water do you use per 5mg bottle? 1cc or 2cc?
2.5cc and inject about 3 units
johnglow2If BAC is not available I've also heard people using NaCl 0.9% to mix. Is this recommended? BAC water you actually need a prescription in my country, right now its harder to source than the NPC-157 itself.
EDIT: Just discovered the saline (nacl) water is just for one-time use, therefore not practical for BPC. Just gotta wait for the BAC water I guess.
Thanks, Bro!
Bac water is sterile. Basskiller.com covers 157 as does medical websites. But gavent ever read about 157 helping bones. It helps internal organs.
What exactly did you do to your bones?
johnglow2Not sure why but my other account I just made I cant log in or change password or activate. think basskiller is blocked in my country it does not load up.
My understanding is that it can help muscle tears, tendonitis and general inflammation throughout the body, some say it can help bone healing too. I have swelling of the bone itself around the AC joint, so it is an inflammatory issue this is due to over-use and the only remedy I have been given is rest, fortunately this bone is very near the skin so subq injection is close to the site. I have been using it as little as possible for over a year and the latest MRI shows no improvement, I still have swelling and bone marrow edema. At this point I will try anything as the PT has tried ultrasound and next step he wants to refer me to a surgeon (shoulder surgeries rarely have happy endings)
I can buy sterilized water, but this is just distilled water, I have read this is only for single use. If you keep the mix for a week it can get contaminated. BAC water contains benzyl alcohol so it REMAINS sterile after being opened.
