High estradiol help

Running my first cycle and ran into an issue with high estradiol would like some help on how to combat it .. I have aromasin on hand planing on taking 12.5 e3d to lower it or would eod be better plan on running it for a week and going for more blood work to see where I’m at … also currently running 300mg per week of test c I hadn’t had any issues with nips on fire .. more like nipple sensitivity or itchiness for a couple hours and then it just go away happen only twice in these 4 weeks I’ve been on test so I don’t even bother taking the a.i as I felt it was just my hormones adjusting … any info would be greatly appreciated thanks

Blood work is the answer. It's a pain in the ass but the easiest way to get answers.
Aromasin is sn every day suicidal inhibitor.
You have some abnormal thyroid numbers. FT3 is sky high and TPO antibodies are over 10X the upper limit. This alone can cause high estradiol.
You do have a normal TSH but I would keep an eye on that and monitor your RHR daily for signs hyperthyroidism. Bring this up with your doctor.
Hey, aromasin is the best ai imo, but never take it eod, you are going to crash your e2, take it 2x week, i do this with 250mg test a week. And i have my e2 in the 30 range.
Please also make sure your aromasin is legit, hate to buy that stuff from an UGL brand...
Dont get discouraged if dialing in your estro takes a while. I feel like a damn Icarus trying to float between crushed estro and too much estro. It also doesnt help that each individual responds differently to aromatization so “general internet formula” will likely not be helpful. My only advice would be start low and then work on dosage/frequency
Jakes right about the arimadex. It acts pretty damn fast and doesn't generally require huge doses. On 350 mg test per week I can get away with .5 mg adex every other day.
Get some Arimadex right away. It’s very fast acting, and will shut it down right away. You should definitely start your Aromasin right away though, because one day your nipples itch a little, and then out of no where you wake up with a painful bitch tit that can take several days to weeks to go away .Left untreated, it can get huge and mentally ruin everything. I just went through it a couple weeks ago. It completely sucked, but Arimadex kicked it ass, but it took about two weeks this time

Your estro is very high for 300mg and only 4 weeks on cycle. If it were me I would start taking 25mg aromasin ed for 1 week then I would drop to 12.5 ed or eod and retest in a couple of weeks. Have you noticed any other sides like anxiety or trouble staying hard in the bedroom? Last year I went through this but not as high, I was around 112 or something but I was on 600mg per week. It took a few weeks to sort out.
No if it wasn’t for the blood test I would have assumed everything was fine .. other than those 2 times I felt sentive /nipples for like a hr or so
