Seeking Clarification: HGH Dosage for Maximizing Growth Potential Before Age 25

ad

I am currently 23 years old and have not experienced any growth since I was 16. Despite my efforts, I have not gained any weight or height for quite some time. After conducting online research, I have come across posts suggesting that I need to take at least 2 IU of HGH daily to potentially reach my maximum growth potential before turning 25. Can you confirm if this information is accurate?

First and foremost, your height has most definitely reached it peak by now, so GH isn’t going to help that. You should get your natural GH tested before even considering GH. You should really not be using HGH until your 30 years old, but if you are found to be HGH deficient, ask your doctor what protocol he would prescribe and that you want to think about it first. If he gives you the protocol without hesitation, you can then buy the gear yourself a lot cheaper.

Im going to say it. Dads tall and brothers are tall and you're small. Your mom was sleeping with the short milkman

Oh god. Your 5 10 and your brother is 6cms taller so your insecure?? And your trying to gain weight but can’t stomach protein and work out 3 days a week and then don’t eat for 3 days a week? Holy fucking mackeral I thought I was dense

My first question is have you done any baseline bloodwork? Especially at your age. Some people are just really small naturally. But I would do bloodwork before playing doctor and self diagnosing gh deficiency.

Well the height thing you can’t fix. Blame your parents. Not gaining any weight for 7 years is strictly because your diet and training is poor and insufficient. Not an insult. Just a fact. You may think you’re putting in effort, but many severely underestimate the effort needed and way overestimate the effort they’re putting in.

The boost in HGH from fasting is insignificant in the grand scheme and some of those claims are exaggerated. I’m not a fan of fasting. It helps those who struggle to maintain a caloric deficit when cutting, but I have no problem eating every 2-3 hours and staying within a caloric threshold. Based on things you’ve said, below 5’10 is not “very short” compared to ~ 6’1”. My brother is 5’9 maybe 5’10 and I’m 6’ flat footed with no shoes on. Neither of my parents are 6’. Genetics doesn’t just stop at your parents, gotta look at your family trend over generations.
HGH won’t do anything for your weight gain nor will any AAS if you’re not eating properly and training properly. I can promise you aren’t pushing it hard enough if you’re only working out 3x a week.

I’m fine using drugs for vanity. But you’re still too young and seems like you don’t really know what you’re doing yet in the gym or kitchen to utilize them.

You also gotta learn to be happy with your own journey otherwise you’ll just live a life that always feels unfulfilling and can lead to some very self destructive behavior.

25 is just a random ballpark age. You only have growth potential until your growth plates close. If you haven’t grown in a while that may have already happened considering you probably have plenty of testosterone and GH at your age. How tall are you?

This sounds like the questions on the barb test to get in the British army lol

A 5'10" flyweight. You need an x-ray to see if your growth plates are closed.

I highly recommend getting baseline bloodwork. Plus FYI 2iu a day will be for anti-aging property and sleep benifit. If your trying to grow then you need to bump it up. How long have you been training. What's your training schedule, bodyfat% etc. Personally I'd wait a few more years.

Yep there it's is. Bump your training up to 5 days a week at least. 3 will not be enough to actually gain. Train for a few more years first. Get your diet and training under control. If your doing this because you think you have a deficiency then get bloodwork done. At your age you should be able to gain pretty easy unless something is wrong Inside so I'd go get bloodwork done anyways. But definitely get your diet and training right. If you wanna gain you have to eat, still small then eat more, still small then fucking eat more. Rich piana said it best haha.

You need to eat more. That’s all I’d worry about if I were you. 57kg is not due to not enough GH, or not training often enough. It’s not enough food.

I rarely hit my head on anything. Lol

2ius is more of a skincare/anti-aging dose. Honestly if you are looking for growth you should be doing multiple 2iu shots throughout the day but you need to watch your blood sugar and insulin sensitivity. Also you probably haven’t grown since 16 because you finished puberty. You probably weren’t meant to grow anymore. Be careful with hgh in high doses because if you have any kind of cancer it will cause it to grow faster as well.
