What supplements would you say are necessary?

Just wondering because I'm trying to make sure I'm supplementing everything I should be.

...then obviously preworkout w/creatine and whey/casien protein.

Protien and believe it or not L carnitine. Through self experimentation My cycles are better with L carnitine

I really don't take shit other than protein. I never really got into supps because overall I never needed them. I try to get everything through food and drinks.

Digestive enzymes
Glutathione(especially on cycle)

A well balanced diet does the trick for me as far as vitamins and nutrients go. Supplement with some BCAA/EAA's around training and in between meals to help stay anabolic and you should be fine. Wasted a lot of money on all that supplement crap when that money could have gone towards some good steaks.

I still believe that glutamine , super digestive enzymes, pineapple and a trick called bubbies sauerkraut has helped some bloating i had after eating larger meals and really set my digestion optimal

That looks good to me, multi and zma at night. the only other additions I would think to add are essential amino acids. And possibly some Branch chain amino acids to sip on during your workouts. As I've gotten older I've had to add in ubiquinol. That's it. Pretty well-rounded

Edit: I no longer take zma. I take a zinc complex, 30mg. And magnesium taurate 200mg morning. Magnesium glycinate 200mg night. I mean we're out there stimulating the f*** out of our nervous system, why not give it a chill pill lol
