Since this was about Bench pressing and not what size our arms are Deeman, here's my Shot again that you covered in abuse with your pals that time.
I know I'm not big, and I don't look great thats why I don't put selfies up.
But anyway, this was me after I Benched 405 for 4 reps (I have managed 5 to 6 before) and I am 200 pounds.
