I know I'm not big, and I don't look great thats why I don't put selfies up.
But anyway, this was me after I Benched 405 for 4 reps (I have managed 5 to 6 before) and I am 200 pounds.

But I think I was always puzzled by this drama seriously. But hey if you're good then it's all good. Folks that are bitter and hold grudges only hurt themselves in the end. It consumes them and then eventually breaks them down.
I do kind of remember something back then and I did say to him that I was thinking of making the peace with you, but then you and him had a fallout over something and things got written in the forums so it all got forgotten about in the end. I do remember what it all started about, and it was something that happened directly between me and you and no one else was involved in those days but it was something over nothing but compounded over time I guess. I totally agree that you end up way worse off holding grudges and hatred towards people and it becomes draining after a while, it only ends up affecting yourself.

Quick question and not looking to argue but just curious...repping 405 5 or 6 times at 200 and dropping to 198 div would be at least a 430- 450 bench. That's a bwt coefficient of 2.25 which would be a competitive lift. You should of competed in a raw powerlifting organization in England man . Anyways just a question but you don't have to answer. I had to chime in when I read this comment. Trust me when I say that there are thousands of people with similar stories. I used to own a lot of cryptocurrency and made out with a decent profit. I also would have been worth millions of dollars had I not sold my cryptocurrency investments before they peaked. There is still an opportunity to make a decent sum of money in cryptocurrency, although probably not as much as you could have made, but profit nonetheless. It looks like a lot of the meme coins are on the rise.
