Anyways ,chest infection order, black elderberry syrup make sure it says extra strength on it. There’s a gaia herbs, which is a good brand. but over there, you might have something different. Make sure it comes in a glass container…
Now, unfortunately, a lot of the times our system is weekend by parasites and shit that we have in the body. You might need to

One is celery, juice buy a shit load of celery juice it you drink it every day and you also buy the supplement charcoal pills. You take two at a time. You have to take the charcoal pills with it together if not, it won’t work.
Another one you could do is in the morning squeeze a fresh lemon
1 tablespoon of Blackseed oil
1 tablespoon of oregano oil ( it’s strong you might have to shut your nose and chug it with some orange juice after)
Psyllium husk 1 teaspoon
And clove leaves ground it. It’s strong. I do a little bit 1/3 of a teaspoon.
And then you would do pumpkin seed
1/2 a cup . This one you need to just chew it well that will flush all the shit and expel it all out . This step is very important to expel all the dead stuff that will be left inside ..
But I’m sure you can Google and look it up, but that’s basically the dosages that I use . And believe me I completely changed a lot of things in the past few years. I was always health conscious, I can tell you for a fact I could sleep 5-6 hours now and wake up full of energy. I don’t even need an alarm. I can list you here, dozens of benefits, the results are there go for it You have nothing to lose.

You have to remember that all Orals seem to feel different to everyone and how they tolerate them, so what I say will differ to others. But with Adrol it gives me this Depressing, edgy, negative impending doom feeling - its not a bright and uplifting drug that makes you feel like the world is great. Well at first after the first dose it feels tolerable and okay, then as the days go on you just notice you feel shit and anxious. It often gives me this instant cranial headache too which isn't due to high BP, its just something it can exert on you. I notice I get stronger on it over time and it builds and builds, its not this HUGE leap though that I see many claim from it - I was very underwhelmed the first time I tried it after all I read. DBol on the other hand you can take 40mg and then train 3 hours later and feel fuckin great and strong, you can be doing boring things but everything still seems great lol A good Adrol injectable I've found is hard to find because they often cause very Bad PIP, unbearable in most cases.
You just have to give them all a try and see which you like the feeling of mate, one of the Golden things to remember about any steroid is if its not enjoyable or very tolerable to run - then you will not continue with it and it becomes a waste of money. You are going to have this drug in you for weeks at a time 24 hours a day so something that causes you to feel uncomfortable in any way you will simply stop in most cases.
Some people though can operate like Robots and don't notice the shitty feeling of things like Superdrol, their livers and minds can simply tolerate hard drugs well and these in many cases are the guys that grace the stages and the platforms that the Elite do.
