+ 1 Lipid panel fine but TRIGLYCERIDES fucked, how is this possible?

ad

I just got back bloods and my lipid panel is all in range except for Triglycerides which has always been in range in the 80s. Last month it was at 100 (still in range) this month it was 164.

I did anavar a total of 6 times in a current 11 week test E cycle.

Could this be from my diet? I’m currently on month 4 of bulk eating 5500-6000 calories. How can I bring it down? Additionally is this something to worry about?

At 5’10 and 210lbs that’s a lot of calories bro. Levels will drop quickly, personally I’d make a drastic change. You’ll be ok I’m sure, but don’t keep that up. Are these calories through clean food or shakes and red meat?

You gained 30lbs in 11 weeks. Even if you were natural, it is expected that your blood tests will not be in order. Yes, it's from "diet". That's a big shock to the body and a bigger cause for concern than using steroids if you ask me.
Successful bulking is not about getting the maximum weight on the scale. That's a beginner mentality you have to forget.

I assume you got bloods while fasted, if not that could be your issue, otherwise it's your diet. Need to reduce cals and especially the amount of carbs you are eating, especially sugar and refined carbs. Anavar may have a little to do with it but probably not alot since you weren't regularly using it. Typically hits the lipids real hard. Go on a diet, reduce carbs and lose a little body fat and you should be back in normal range.

Appreciate you coming in with the insight Makwa. Yesterday you were just telling me I need to stop my bulk and this bloodwork is confirmation of that. Dropping to maintenance calories today.

My HDL’s take a pretty good ding from Anavar, but the triglycerides don’t get much of an impact…but wow the HDL hit.

Var flips the lipids like a light switch. That is the scariest thing about it.

Triglycerides move quickly and likely from the surplus calories. Should come right back down once you are at maintenance or below. Mine dropped over 100 points in a month when I decided to stop eating everything in sight.

Good shit. I was already considering ending the bulk, this is all the confirmation I need. Thank you.

It was nice knowing ya Bro - have you paid for the casket yet? Lmao

It will probably be a mixture of the Anavar which is well known for disturbing lipids and the heavy diet.

I’m just concerned about such abrupt change in one month. Is there anything I can do to bring this down? Time to stop bulking?
