Been on 200/MG of test C for 4 years.... Need some advice.

-As stated on 200/MG week of test C from TRT Nation. Got labs every 6 months or so. Doc says it good but my E2 is elevated.

-Currently dosing Test C daily.
Also talking Taking 1 pill of anastrozole (1/4 every other day).

First post: I won't lie life got the better of me last year, lost my job had to pull myself up out of deep deep hole. Now I'm 34 y/o 5'10, 240 lbs and I have touched a gym is about a year. Prior to that I was in the military and fitness was life. I'm trying to recomp. Some of my ideas to help is to turn up 500 mg/week of Test for 6-8 weeks while getting my fitness and diet on track.

Rn taking basic supplements for support, 3 grams of omega 3, and milk thistle. I have some left over Cardarine from the Army days to help with endurance.

Anything other than labs, should I consider before running 500 of test of week?

What suggestions or recommendations on my recomp. I.e. supplements, gear, training or nutrition do you recommend?

-Side note: found some test E for a rainy day. Is there an independent lab I could a sample too? Buying was easier so if it's legit I'd like continue to find more.

Most importantly, get your ass to the gym now. I’ve been in your shoes, and lounging around on 200mg of test per week isn’t going to do much besides spike your estrogen and put you on an emotional roller coaster. The gym may feel difficult at first, so don’t overdo it and burn yourself out. Dedicate at least 30 minutes to working out at least five times per week. Two days on, one day off. Don’t miss workouts!!! Before you know it, you’ll look forward to being at the gym, be sure to follow a pretty strict diet. After a month or two, you can consider upping your dosage. Good luck, now get your ass to the gym!

Thanks G! I knew all this already and yet here I sat. When I got out I moved away from any homies so no one to really calle out expect for a few occasions when I lied like a worm about why I getting fat. I got to many responsibilities to be like this.

Like I said, I’ve been in your shoes. Just force yourself to get back to the gym. DON’t overdo it when you’re there, or you’ll burn out and stop going again. Stay on this site and try interacting more. Pay attention, ask questions, and you’ll get to the point where you look forward to discussing your workouts, challenges, etc. We’re all like a family here that gives us a reason to train harder. I can’t talk to any of my friends about this stuff. I depend on this site to keep me motivated, and learn new techniques. A lot of valuable info being discussed daily. Stick around, Bro!

If you’re going to bump your test to 500, I would recommend running it for the standard 12 weeks. It will take around 4 weeks for your blood levels to peak.

My first run at 500 I felt amazing. One of my favorite cycles.
