One of the easiest meals that is cheap is a package of flavored Tuna and a rice pouch that cooks in 1 min 30 seconds in the microwave. I ate that a lot also a can of Tuna in cooked ramen noodles with some of the flavoring but not the water.

Throw in 2 cans of tuna in with 1-2 packs also when in a rush an in a bind. Stock cans of tuna and can be used 100 different ways when bidenomics hurts and you're paycheck to paycheck like me

I don’t know if you were around here a decade or so ago, but there was this guy who was a real asset to the community, there were a lot that were and still are, but this particular guy (I will call him Vike) Vike, he used to talk about dumping a can of tuna in a glass and pouring a pepsi in there and mixing it up and drinking it pre workout, lol, and to this day when I see someone mentioning tuna in a can that comes to mind. Back in the day when I was struggling and needed a lot of Protein, I’d buy Chef Boyardee beef ravioli. $1.25 per can at Walmart or Dollar Tree. I still love eating this stuff, but my wife throws it away when I bring it home. SMH

In my 20's there was a stretch of time when my diet was nothing but Rice and beans. Nothing cheaper than bulk rice and bulk red beans... except maybe Top Ramen. I had my priorities. First shelter, then drugs, then food, then utilities.
