Took 4 tabs a day along w/ super low dose of TRT 100mg a week & ate everything in site. I used it as a clean bulk.
You know a healthy level of test (TRT) are estimated at 80mg every week
(Enanthate or Cypionate)
so 100-120mg weekly are a good spot i use this dose, but the most important are to feel great physicaly and mentaly.
A good friend used Oxandrolone from script 2.5mg and at the end use 20mg daily and get awesome effect on mood and phisical.
If the diet / hygiene of life are respected 20mg are a good spot.
Never used Oxandrolone but i plan to start the first day 10mg and UP to max 20mg daily and see how i react surely for this summer with some TRT protocol + little bonus 100-200mg Primo Weekly.
