So I'm looking at my 2nd cycle I'm planning on running in May and want your guys opinion. Going for more of a cut with what I plan on using. Diet will be about 2500 calories a day. High protein lower carb and fat. Probably try to hit around 290gram protein 200gram carb and 50 grams of fat. Hoping to be about 12%bf by then, right now sitting at 17% after my bulk. Here's what I'm thinking.
Week 1-14 Test E 300mg/week
Week 1-14 primo 500mg/Week
Week 10-14 Anavar 50mg/day
Week 15-17 no injection
PCT
Week1&2 Clomid 100mg/day
Week1&2 Nolvadex 40mg/day
Week 3&4 Clomid 50mg/day
Week 3&4 Nolvadex 20mg/day
Aromatic 12.5mg for AI if needed.
Using liver support, 1000mg fish oil, and multivitamins as well

Massive second cycle. What happened to test and provi as a second?
Valhalla0411When did I consider provi? I may just run test and var not entirely sure yet.
Was a general everyone question. Doing a massive cycle wont offset current stats. It takes years
I love this type of cycle. I’ll be running a 20 week cycle of pretty much the same doses in May. I will run the carnivore diet again in April up until maybe May so my bf is real low and where Primo will really shine.
Might need to bump up the fat. You are pretty close, but once my fat drops below 20% of my cals it becomes real hard to lose more fat. The body holds on for dear life with what it has since it senses to little fat in the diet. This is with lower bodyfat % anyway. 17% is pretty high to start a cycle. Drop that at least a few % with a decent diet first and then run cycle. Don't need steroids to cut starting at 17%.
Valhalla0411@Makwa I'm 17% now, I plan on dropping to at least 12% before starting this cycle. What are we thinking fat wise. More like 70-90grams?
Stick with around what you have listed and see what happens. If you are losing fat then just keep at it with that amount of fat. If you start hitting a plateau, then do some refeeds or maybe some carb cycling where you reduce carbs but increase fat. Caliper will be your best friend.
anvilLooks good for what you are trying to do. I like to always run 500 test but, that is not to say you have too. The only concern I see is that your body fat is a little on the high side. Most people get better results using gear under 15% but it shouldn't be hard for you to shave off 2%. Good luck.
