Whhich fat loss agent do you guys consider safe and effective?

ad

I'm a hardgainer and I've never had to really use fat loss agents intensively, so I don't have the best knowledge in this specific area, but now my friend wants me to recommend him a substance solely for fat loss. He's recreational endurance athlete - bike, running, swimming etc. and he's in his late 40's . He wanted me to get him Ritaline, which I find tricky and not ideal, considering his age and a mental sides it might have. I obviously know that there are Clen, yohimbine, L-carnitine, T-3 - T-4 and its combinations, but I'd just rather listen your experiences to maybe find out that there is something safer and/or more effective. And yes, I've told him many times to eat better, but you'd guess the result, its like talking to a tree....

I hear meth works pretty good

I can confirm this. We used to do drugs earlier in time, when I was new to the unit. Good old times I must admit

Late 40's endurance athelete should be lean from just the endurance side. Blood test to check hormone levels first as low testosterone will hinder loss of bodyfat. Test thyroid etc. Doctor can look into cause and effects.

IMHO I've always had good luck with Injectable L-Carnitine, Something to shuttle carbs for the Carnitine to saturate in the muscle; some use Ins - (word that is not discussed on here) or just eat some carbs with it, low dose Clen 20mcg, Yohimbine and sometimes T3/T4 18mcg/T3 and around 75mcg T4 with GH if you can afford it. This all said, a SOLID ass diet and hard training will get you where you want to go. These things may just slightly speed up this process. Just my 2 cents.

Semaglutide as long as you don’t dose too high. Especially in the beginning.

Trizepitide is even slightly more effective but only a few sites carry it. Same family of drugs but works a little better. Studies of both drugs have proven this and I know someone who’s used both.

Ozempic. It’s trending hard right now. One of my clients is down 60lbs in two months and my niece is down 90lbs since May 2023

For the soccer moms and dadbods who need to lose some weight I think it is pretty good. As a bodybuilder, I wouldn't touch it. As a bodybuilder you still need to eat even when dieting to still maintain lean mass. You can't retain the quality muscle if you don't eat and this stuff will stop you from eating. It turns people into what I like to term as "skinny-fat". Yep they lost weight, but guess what you just lost a ton of muscle mass also and now your metabolism is slowed down and you will gain fat quicker once you start eating again. This stuff doesn't target fat, the severe reduction in cals from not eating will affect muscle mass just as much as it affects fat and the body will shed muscle first before fat. For an obese person using it to lose weight I think the overall improvement health would warrant its use, but I wouldn't touch the stuff coming from a bodybuilding perspective as someone who just needs to cut up a bit.

I thought that it might burn muscle too from everything I’ve read. Thank you for confirming it, because I’ve been considering it to burn off the last of this stubborn fat that doesn’t want to leave. Even on a strict diet, I’m having trouble losing the last of this belly fat. Although, considering what it looked like when I started, I should be ecstatic. Happy I never tried it. I guess I’ll just keep grindin’, SMH

That is where albuterol comes in, actually targets fat.

I expect to see consequences a few years from now from long term abuse of this drug, it’s definitely not for me. I wouldn’t touch it, I believe there’s certain things in the body that are off limits to adjust. Just my opinion, and I’m an asshole lol

Starting to hear more about stomach paralysis now that more people are starting to use it. We will see what else pops up with all the lab rats using it mainstream now. Lol

Very sorry to hear this Sad Is this from Ozempic use?

Jockstrap's picture

No. But it gives moment to think that some ideas might change your life in a bad way.

Only one I would recommend would be albuterol. Best bang for the buck out there with virtually no side effects. Nothing will make a difference though unless diet is structured for fat loss.

My secret weapon hehe not that being an asthmatic is any fun but even with the inhaler I can notice a difference if it's used twice a day for a couple weeks. No doubt

I also took Albuterol few times, its not harsh compound, I agree its almost zero sides. Good point!

I agree with injectable albuterol and injectable l carnitine. Albuterol gives me the shakes but it makes a difference in my daily calorie burn. Diet has to be on point and most of these are just helpers when you start to plateu.
