hi there i am new as you will know from my following question but i need some help, PLEASE!
i just bought a couple of vials of 10ml 1mg semaglutide. i have read a load of stuff and also watched loads of videos but i have just confused myself. i am looking to know how much i should put in a 1ml syringe to get 0.25 of semaglutide. please go easy on me i am just nervous about doing to much, thanks for all your help

One 10 mil 5mg bottle needs 2cc’s of Bac water. Than 1iu is .25. You’ll get twenty 1iu pins out of each bottle. That’s enough to fill two 1ml slin pins.
craiglangleyMy girlfriend has been using semaglutide for months and this is exactly what she does. Fills bottle with 2ml bac. Then draws to .50 on the syringe. This is a good dose that doesn't cause her to feel too nauseaous but causes significant weight loss.
She takes about 3 weeks off after every 5 mg bottle(which last 1 month) to give her digestive track a break and to keep from developing tolerance or having to increase the dose. She never needed to lose more than 30lbs to begin with so the 3 week break is not a problem. Plus all the law suits I hear on TV against the manufacturers of this make me think the 3 week break and sticking to a more moderate dose is a good idea.
thanks jake, this vial i have comes already mixed thats why am confused, it is adephi 10ml 1 mg so not sure if i have to take more than say a smaller concentration of bact water! thanks
Then I’m pretty sure .25mg would be 2.5 units in a 1mil slin pin, which would mean you would fill it 1/4 of the barrel to get .25mg
