Oxandrolone as a troche, suspension, or pill

My trt clinic offers troches of Oxyandrolone but the cost is crazy high. I also have seen oral suspensions and obviously pills. I was wondering if there really is a big difference in the impact to your liver/lipids going with a troche or suspension. I would think your liver is still processing it? I am assuming liver/kidney support is needed either way.
I was wondering if anyone has actually noticed a difference in lipids/liver values between the different orals types? What is typically a preferred format when dosing 25mg morning and 25mg in the afternoon?

It’s designed to be taken orally as a pill. Other methods of ingestion of various compounds, injectable orals etc, yes you’re missing the first pass through the liver, what about the other 200 passes over the next 4 hours of its half life? And organ protection is key, but then interfere with absorption of the drug. I’m not picking on anyone or looking for a fight, but there’s no free lunch, there’s risks. Take the most bioavailable form, protect yourself, and enjoy the gains. None of us here are smart enough to reinvent the wheel, otherwise we would have right? And I wouldn’t be praying for my powerball ticket to hit tomorrow lol
Thanks, I was skeptical it would be that much of a difference other than being pharma. I am just going to go ugl pill form and save the money.
At the end of the day regardless of suspension, injection or sublingual it all ends up in the liver my man. Good luck. Not too familiar with anavar but I do know it's very hard to make into an injection.
Yep, it all ends up going through the liver. Oils are just as toxic as the orals.
Yep 17 methylation couldn't care less if a steroid is in oil, tab, suspension, sublingual, transdermal etc
I mean, ya know, It’s hard to say, whatever preface you want to hear lol, just take the pill bro. If you’re this far along and did your research, I’m sure you’ll be fine. For a quick reference, take a handful, and I mean a good handful of Anavar. You’ll probably be ok, sick and cramps but ok. Now take the same handful of Aspirin or Tylenol, see where that gets ya. Best wishes bro, you’ll be fine.
I get the risk and not really worried about it. Its not like I’m going on the Rich Piana cycle lol. I just didn’t believe them that the troche would have almost no liver impact. Also definitely not worth $900 either.
One UGL that is on this site said he does liquid oral suspension due to the fact that it was easier to get more exact dosing per ml than when mixing with a filler and pressing pills or filling capsules.
Just weigh it and dump it in. Whole different story when trying to get an accurate dose in an oral syringe though. Easy for him but not so great for us.
@laxman3221 I gotta agree with this comment. In my opinion that type of thing is a hit or miss. Not talking down on it but just saying. Every time I've tried this suspension method the accuracy was a bit off as far as dosage. Felt that way at least. Alot of bottle shaking!

This is something I was considering as well and it would be interesting to titrate up each week.
I believe troches bypass the first pass of the liver via sublingually. You can technically do the same with tabs by letting them dissolve under tongue.
