Ehh, I’m ok. I fucked up and crashed my test levels. After I stopped the last blast I wanted to see how low I could go on my TRT and still feel good. Long story short, I now know how low is too lol (no lol after that). I took some time to regroup myself but feeling great again. Thanks to proper dosing of some great cypionate.
I’ve been on trt for almost a year with two blasts in between. I’m thinking I should come off sometime in October pct and try to boost my levels up to see where I’m at. If I fucked my levels then I’ll live with the consequences but I hope my body can rebound.

I was diagnosed by a Dr, was paying out of pocket which got expensive. Luckily we have these sources here. When I started I was at the lower end of 300’s and had obvious issues. This time I felt even worse. I know what you’re saying bro, I really do, but it’s just going to be an experiment on your own body. I can almost promise you’re going to feel terrible within 2-3 weeks. I actually felt depressed this time.
Yeah, that’s why I’m thinking if there’s a way I can bridge HCG into pct then after pct get blood work. When I came off in 2019, that was an extremely hard recovery where I felt very depressed but I came off low dose Deca. I have to see where I’m at.
Yeah, I didn’t pct or anything, just wanted to see what my lowest possible dose was. I won’t be doing that again without at least HCG, it was truly awful. Let me know how it works out, I’m definitely curious.
I’ll decide by late September. I just have a feeling if I don’t come off I will be shit down for good.

@press1 before this unfortunate injury, I was thinking about starting a forum topic on asking if barbell bench press is absolutely necessary for powerlifting or achieving physique goals? I believe people injure themselves most often attempting record setting bench press numbers. This is a very common injury and I just wanted to pose a question to the community on this very topic. @Andre1102 I’m not trying to hijack your post I actually want your feedback as well. I feel flat barbell press is an injury risk to bicep tendon, shoulder, pec ETC. Someone like yourself has obviously achieved the top level of fitness, do you think one can substitute for dumbbell press and achieve the same goals or desired outcome ?

You should start the forum, why not? I think that guys like Hulk2014 and myself would have alot to say about that, he and I have chatted about big benching. I don't think he's into it now though lol. But there are probably others that are in the 500 pound bench range like the both of us but not sure of their names as I only know us two. I'll tell you this, a big bench doesn't always correlate to a big chest. I'd like to see what others experience is. In my opinion you gotta have the barbell...it's a must for me. But hey others have developed a nice looking chest with dumbells. A better range of motion and less injuries compared to barbell bench. ..my bad I totally forgot about a guy in here that I recognized who at one time had a world bench record at 750 pounds in 242 weight class. I immediately knew who he was because of his background and we personally know the same circle of people. He's got a small chest but big bench lol.
The lightest man who has ever bench pressed 700lb's RAW is Johnnie Harris at around 290 lb's Bodyweight.
All of the rest of the men that have pressed over 700 pounds RAW have been at least 300lb's bodyweight.
So someone lifting 750 at 242 bodyweight on here is impossible.

I believe you probably competed in 1 or 2 bench comps back when you were a late teenager, which was a very long time ago now. Proper Powerlifters are not obsessed with how a person looks, only with what they can lift. This is how I know you are not a powerlifter, all you talk about in forums is what guys look like and how lean they are. No Powerlifter talks like this, they talk about lifts people are putting up.
