Looking good buddy + you deel full recoverd? Had a minor pec strain a couple years back and took me a couple of months to recover, even mentally I got fear that kept away from going heavy for a long time!
You got this brother. I’m six months post surgery total tricep rupture off the bone. Man I’m not gonna lie it wasn’t easy for the first four months. It took four months to do one push-up. Just work around it and listen to your physical therapist. Just when you think it won’t ever heal out of the blue you’ll make huge progress. I recommend some TB-500 with the BPC-157. You got this.
Beautiful body bro
shiiiit man, thats some massive gun!
Solid physique bro and wish you a speedy recovery

This has literally been one of the hardest injuries to deal with. But I’m just pushing thru everyday. Thanks for the support
You never know how those injuries fuck you up until you have one personally. Glad you’re feeling better.
Yeah your pec looks clearly better.
Oops my bad, that's the rear delt.
JoeysnackzsInspirational, i couldnt imagine how physically hard it is coming back from a pec tear
