How do I homebrew gear and transfer to a vial and crimp a stopper and cap on the stopper while keeping everything sterile? Should I transfer sterile liquid from media storage bottle? Resterilize it? Please give suggestions as it seems very hard to keep it sterile because it comes in contact with the air.
