+ 3 about the 2 weeks and then start pct.

ad

I haven't been on in a while; promotion at work, moving, etc. So I had to go see a new doctor as it was way too far to continue seeing my current one. My new doctor asked me to get off my 100mg per week dose for exactly 14 days so they can do a blood test. After two weeks I went back and had them do the test. my total test was 151 and my estrogen was 11. After two weeks off test cyp.

Two weeks off and my levels were still elevated for synthetic test. My estro is normal. I asked my new doctor why it was still pretty high and thats when he said after two weeks your body will put you back to where you were before synthetic test. so I dropped down to 151 and 10 years ago I was 250.

He stated if I ever wanted to get off and have kids he would make me wait 3 weeks and then draw bloods again and determine when you start clomid.

So you can use this information or not, but it seems that waiting two weeks to start pct is only useful if you test back to where your levels were before your cycle. I called bullshit until i read more studies while I waited for the results and the followup. If you are higher than when you started; dont start pct. wait a few more days

Now see the reason why you test bloods before you start a cycle?

Because I have been on trt for ten years. He said it was high based on the length of time I was off as well as my original starting number and my current age.

Run the numbers through steroidcalc and 18 days after last shot is about prime time to start PCT.

This is priceless info. The old idea that 2 weeks is a good buffer between cycle and PCT is parroted by what seem to be the vast majority of those offering advice. Given the half life of test E & C, 3 weeks is a much more logical starting point. Even up to 4 weeks makes sense to me. With an 8 day half life, 2 weeks is premature with these compounds.
