Crashed E2 Weird feeling in chest/heart area. How long to bounce back?
Hey,
I´m only on TRT dose of around 120mg but always aromatise pretty heavy.
Recently I got a little gyno flare up in my left nipple after they were itching for weeks. So for the first time in my life I took a 0.25 anastrozole. First day didn´t feel much. Maybe a bit calmer. Second day I got anhedonia and on the 3rd or 4th day I felt like absolute garbage. Anxiety, lethargy, no libido, frequent urination, pale skin, joints feel dry but don´t hurt and brainfog.
Then I took my usual test shot. After that I developed high BP like around 160/150 to 85 and pulse of 75. So not that bad but I got this really weird feeling in my chest/heart area.
Its been 3 days and its still there. My pulse is normal but it feels like it stumbles from time to time.
Should I still do my next test shot? Could be that I would´ve developed the chest feeling anyway cuz of my e2. So don´t know if that correlated.
And how long will this last?
Its been 7 days right now. Anhedonia and libido got a bit better as well as brain fog but lethargy, anxiety and brain fog still persists as well as weird chest feeling. Got this feeling of just wanting to stay in bed all day and even just going outside feels overhelming.
I started to feel a bit better after day 6 but still feel like shit. It just feels like my whole body screams for soothing.
Thanks.

Sounds like mentioned below "anxiety" , but never fuck around with chest pains and see a doc. Pull bloods to truly no where you e2 is at instead of guessing. Also pull bloods to see where your RBC is at since BP is elevated.
TricepatopsSounds like crashed E2 causing bad anxiety symptoms. But I would get it checked out. Also you can cause symptoms to get worse worrying about the symptoms in chest. But go to doctor to be safe it could be something simple or something very serious you don't know until you get it checked out.
TRT? Then you should just go see your doctor... but wait, you're not seeing a doctor, you're cruising in a "respectable" way... said no one.
Are your T levels within normal range? (doubt it)
What's your RBC?
Cholesterol?
Are you staying hydrated?
Bottom line, stop your "TRT" for a week or two. get bloods, see a doctor.
Thanks. I´m actually on TRT but CENSORED depot injections. They don´t work really well. So my doc would be pissed if I tell him what I do.
Also I had similar problems before. When I go to the ER and even tell them everything honestly, they just draw blood without testing for hormones and then send me home without treatment and say this is probably all in my head lol. Happened 2 times in the last couple years.
Yes I´m staying hydrated and yes my t is probably out of range.
I want to emphasise that I didn´t had any problems with the T only when I took the AI I felt like shit.
120mg is trt but these symptoms that you are experiencing aren't associated with trt, not that I can remember. Point is that we can sit hear and troubleshoot but the ultimate answer will be bloods along with a Doctors visit.
All the sides occur when you are outside of normal range. Inside normal, no AI is required. High RBC (thick blood), cholesterol, high BP, etc. is not there. You're mucking up an automated system without any clue to what the root cause is.
Like randomly dropping oil and fuel additives into your car without any diagnostics, eventually, you'll destroy your Catalytic converter, dissolve the gaskets. and damage your rings and pistons. When all that was needed was to repack a wheel bearing.
You might have a script; however, you defiantly are not on TRT.
Stop what you're doing for a week or two to get your levels down, donate blood, See your doctor.
Sounds like it is not working too well the way you are screwing around with your test levels now either. You need to have an in-depth talk with your doc or go see a different one and get things straightened out.
Go to the doctor?
connoristinyAll my doctor says when I have a problem is to drop the PEDs
