I'm Already Sick Of It!!!

The chicken...forcing chicken and rice down my throat. Ugh. Every god damn day bowl after bowl after bowl I feel like the Grinch when he's talking about the Whos in Whoville. But instead of the noise it's CHICKEN CHICKEN CHICKEN. The thing about chicken breast is it's not even that flavorful. Season and cook it however you like it's still goddamn chicken breast.

Fuck chicken!

Mix in some salmon, beef, pork all of it. Yea I eat anywhere from 8-16 ounces of chicken a day but also mix in pouches of flavored tuna, protein shakes, love salmon, occasionally a burger. Gotta have a Lil variety.

Chicken has no nutritional value. It’s just protein. Chicken is the lowest protein in my eyes. Beef or Fish at least you get a ton of macronutrients.

Variety is the key bro. Chicken, Tuna, beef, Salmon, Shrimp, Venison, Lamb, Eggs,....they all go great with rice (white or brown) and mixing them up is the key.

Also when you are eating ....don't think about how good the food taste, but rather "how GOOD is this food for me?"

Salmon is good to mix in. Lean ground beef also. I make taco seasoned beef and just slam it with the rice a lot. Doesn't need to be only chicken lol.

"Hot sauce" my only saving grace indeed. Makes any boring dish a competition in endurance with ones own self. Then your butthole LOL. Pooping becomes a pseudo Olympic event. I mix chopped pickled serranoes into my veg rice and add hot sauce on top. My asshole is so calloused that we have to buy a new dildo every 90 days so my wife can peg me.

Side-note: I think I remember you commenting in a diff meal post about eating a baked potato for every breakfast with copious amounts of hot sauce? May have been someone else but I tried it and the pumps are the shit. I still try to do it till I get sick of potatoes (a different post altogether).

chicken has been getting more and more expensive. ive found a grocery store with a deal on steaks/fish/ and pork and it actually comes out close to fresh chicken. frozen chicken breast is still the cheapest, but I eat 4 steaks a day for 35$ a week. probably 5-6 oz each, its a mix and match 4 packs for 20$ so I get the 4 heaviest packs I can find, and they are usually 4 steaks to a pack so 16 steaks for 20$ and i fucking love it because I was so sick of chicken man lol. its at Safeway and acme does it to i think(idk if those are near you)

I pick my chicken up at Sam's I get between 8-10, 1-2 lb breasts with a few lil ones mixed in for $14 or thereabouts. I'm fortunate enough to live in an area that has a chicken packing plant nearby so cost for chicken stays pretty low. I'm in TX. I used to live in a very rural part of Tn and could get beef cuts at or less that $3lb from the local butcher. Times change and inflation is a biotch. I appreciate your input man.

If you're in Texas HEB has the premarinated boneless skinless chicken thighs in an orange pepper flavor delicious man I buy a family pack grill them up and eat it for 2-3 meals a day depending on the budget. They also have these salmon patties in a 2 pack for $6 very reasonable deals there. Always catch hamburger on markdown also.

I like my beef like I like my women. Bottom round baby! I dice it up for stir fry or bell peppers and beef. I love a good London Broil for thin slicing into jerky.
Chewing on it makes those cheek muscles just "POP" like your face is shaped like a lantern. Chicks dig it. Then I drop my beef line on 'em about the bottom round and they submit to the ultimate of manliness.
When I'm through with her I go back to the fridge and smell some meat. It gets me so riled up I have to go out and fuck my truck or punch my neighbor's dog. He's an asshole and pisses through the fence.

Yeah besides the fat content of salmon I absolutely hate it. No problems there. I'm the odd man out in my fam for that sentiment as well for hating the Beatles.

I love just about every grilled fish I can yank out of the water and a badass fried beer battered snapper of any variety.

ill bet about 100$ you do you've probably just been convinced by the current nutrition regime that you dont have room.

when in reality--unless you have a comp next week or youre cutting for training, you probably have more than enough room.

Dieting and working out have to be sustainable. it does fuck all if youre on point at 100% for a month and then slack for a month.
make it sustainable. to where youre at like 75% feeling healthy w/ diet but can do it for mooonnnths on end.

all the nazi counting macro shit is for people that are waaay beyond your current intended goals.
