thnx, HA... Bench I'm just not built for anymore.. everytime i progress up to past 350 on the bar I end up hurting my shoulder. i swear my form is great too.... not sure what's up. I prefer overhead BB press working up to 245 1rm currently, goal would be 315 within a few years.... tren would need to be involved soon. Squat is 515 currently... love training legs.

Great numbers for just 250mg, I’d just lower the dose to get into the higher end of the reference 800-1000ng/dl +1

You're right! I honestly didn't know it was this high until last year. My previous source may have been under dosed. This is why regular bloodwork needs to be done... I suppose better to realize this now than in another 10 years. Will try out 150 mg to see where it puts me. I know some dudes cruising on 500mg ... but ... that is definitely a bad idea.

Just a little high for TRT pruposes Lol

-- I knew I’d get called out. Dang it! Let’s call it cruising then -- honestly no sides though while on this dose for 8-10 years ( time flys I lost count)

You’re 34-35yo, youth is still on your side. I’d be curious what a complete panel looks like. My personal opinion, and it’s only that, is run a lower dose and get a full assessment. Titrate though, don’t throw your system into a fit, testosterone is a drug, treat it as such. I’m sure you’ll be ok, it wasn’t the best idea, but there’s ten times worse ones out there.

Yessir, 34. A complete panel was done as well. the conclusion to that was everything checked out surprisingly except hematocrit was 1.7% out of desired range, which would indicate I need to dump blood more often. Current schedule was twice a year. Creatinine Was also 15% over desired range which would indicate poor kidney function , after a slight freak-out and research .. high creatinine levels are a poor way to to gauge kidney function for any athlete especially when supplementing creatine. followed up With a Cystatin C test which indicated optimal kidney function as expected.

With all that said , original post was only intended to show that a sources gear works great. I am however always open to criticism to better myself , and it is appreciated! We do have to look out for each other in this game

Damn for 8-10 years on such a high dose? Not exactly good to have you levels that high for so long lolol
