250-350mg is the sweet spot for me with Tren. No reason to go higher. Maybe 400mg if you take tren alot, but seriously....it doesn't take alot of tren to see massive strength and recomp gains. Like Big Tone I've taken higher doses...but I don't get the nasty sides everyone on here seems to get. Just night sweats. It doesn't really fuck with my head at all. And I didn't really see any extra gains from a higher dose. Lower dose is where its at.

It can be a nightmare, I've shot 600mg a week of tren e on a few occasions and my sex drive gets crushed, I can't eat, and get emotional as fk. If you dose it properly with plenty of test it's great. If someone is getting ready for a show 400mg is the max for maybe the last 4-6 weeks. I heard of guys taking 700-1000mg of tren and I cringe hearing that.
I would stay away from ment. Use EQ or deca. Ment is a progestin with serious side-effects. Itv would probably add a good amount of fat and water to your physique. I'd use EQ above anything else
