Yeah im going to have to start. Even with all the testing ive done and prices im at... still hate when my TA stretches a little. Cooking to order has ran me down fast. Its not sustainable for a long run in this. Lesson learned and quickly lol.. Id say in about 7 days youll see a lot more "damn that was fast" again. Just have to get through this weekend (site clean up). Then wait for my promo to drop. Looking like 10 days or so atm unfortunelty so i may have to do a 2 day opening for people that NEED stuff. But definitely save you money.. christmas sale is coming in hot.

Finally! Lol

Update

27, 28, 29, 30, 1 will have trackers and or “complete” statuses on the accounts meaning you shipped. It’s a lot and my main priority is getting these done and out. Trackers can be uploaded after but at least switching the statuses to “complete” will let you know it’s taken care of and won’t take near the time away from the priority.

Also I’ll be pming checking in on a few things/customers today. Reviews etc etc. Thank you!

Remember, posting a dick pic after taking DC's cock bombs is a banable offense.

Big Tone36's picture

Lol his dick drugs are definitely good. I'm currently trying his anavar too. The anadrol was good but I can't handle oral steroids to good these days like when I was young. To harsh for my stomach and I can't eat. If I can't eat I can't make gains. I was strong as fk though. I pulled 675x5 and 765lb for 1 pretty easily on a dead lift and I never tried that before. Most I ever pulled was 700lb

press1's picture

Out of curiosity Tone, when you say you can no longer press heavy due to the tricep tear off the bone - Is this because the reattachment will no longer allow you to with nerve/muscle control or is it because you daren't risk it tearing away again so don't push it?

In a promo × 1
Big Tone36's picture

I just don't feel a need to push it. Also, I have trouble at the very top of a press because after the reattached it my arm will not straighten like before or my other arm so it's easy to get off balance. The strength still never the same or arm size and never will be. I go up to 315lb for reps on barbell and Smith , 4 plates on hammer strength machine but dumbell does not feel right. That's how I tore it too on a dumbell shoulder press. Before the tear I was very strong using lots of winstrol and could press 405lb for 5 and shoulder press 315 for 7. The heavy lifting and winstrol fkd my tendons up and dry the out

press1's picture

LOL That's exactly the same as me on bench for reps - I never managed to get a damn 6th lol Not sure about shoulder press as they just make my delts too damn sore for weeks on end. Not sure if you ever watch Larry Wheels videos online, but when he came back from a long stint in Dubai he had to start at 500 for a single all over again and then in what seemed like 2 to 3 months was smashing it for 10 again like its nothing. Do you think with such rapid gains in strength like that obv aside from his training programme - its just a case of him smashing in tonnes of anadrol in again alongside some big oils?

He's a genetic phenomenon. I don't care how much juice of training or whatever, he's blessed with a God given gift very few ever will have. Some people are born like this same as Ronnie with bodybuilding. You'll never see that again, yes Ramy is like this too but I don't think anyone will have that size, shape, condition or strength Ronnie had. The reason I first got into lifting was I had a older brother who was bodybuilder who competed and won as a teen but I saw Mariusz Pudzianowsky and I said to myself I want to be like that guy! He wasn't the biggest strongman, he was more muscular but he was smoking everyone. I started lifting and watched him year after year win. He's another phenomenon.

press1's picture

Yes Mariusz was wicked wasn't he - I always use to watch it for him too. Just looked like a strong as F bodybuilder / Hitman Lol I had a pal that competed with him in Worlds Strongest Man one year and he said literally when he wasn't competing in an event he was laid on a bed in his tent hooked up to an IV drip flushing water & vitamins round him constantly - the whole thing was done like a full on Military operation Lmao He had great fitness also for someone so heavy, mind you a lot of them do nowadays its surprising for guys weighing nearly 200kg!! I have another pal who now is high up in UK's strongest man and he was actually with Larry when he tore his bicep practising the stones that basically put an end to his strongman effort. He's strong as hell but he isn't heavy enough for strongman really. I've watched Larry's vids for years now and when I watch a new one I do it for the pure insanity and laughter of it - I simply cannot relate one bit to any of his lifts as any of his sets he does for bodybuilding reps I cannot even get near just for a single. Its pure Madness!!

I'm not really a "Big guy" for bodybuilding standards. I'm 5'10 233lbs and probably around 10% fat. I stay in same shape all year, my training makes me stiff and not limber, if I got into a fight I'd have to choke a mfkr or catch em with a punch lol I'd be out of wind in 35 seconds. I'm not a violent person and my only really strong lift is my deadlift. I can't bench worth a shit or shoulder press since I tore my arm. I can develop muscle doing fly's and lateral movements, although I do press on plate loaded machines and go fairly heavy I won't do free weight dumbell presses. I'll do a little barbell. I got my name BIG TONE from a 340lb 6'3 gorilla that would shout that at me everytime he walked in the gym and the name stuck so that the story behind my name. Not that I'm big

press1's picture

Great numbers Bud Good What sort of programme were you following to hit that?

Big Tone36's picture

None just felt like dead lifting that day. I always train Heavy-duty style mix with some advanced training techniques (drop set, supersets, forced reps). I don't know if I'd call it a program but when I dead lift I do sets of 5 starting weight 315 and keep adding a plate each set til I get to my heaviest weight for that day and then try a 1-2 rep set with max weight. Some days stronger than others, some stop at 585 because something may not feel right or whatever. I train instinctively pretty much, go by how I feel that day

press1's picture

I'm sure you already know this - but what you should try doing is going up 1 plate a side a time but only doing 1 rep a time. Then I am sure you would hit a higher max at the top end as you would have spent much less energy in getting there. Sure you would get around 790 - Its the way I do it and others such as Wheels. You'd think the warm up wouldn't be sufficient enough but it still is, only time I've got injured via this method is when I was stupid and jumped 2 plates a side before a max one time and it pulled my glute. I assume you do a lot of heavy squatting do you? I've just started using the SSB more and that sure hits the entire back a lot.

Big Tone36's picture

I don't go to crazy on the squat, 495 for 6-10 is highest I go because tendinitis in my knees I don't want to blow out my quad like I did I triceps. Actually I agree with you on the warm up for this particular exercise. I believe I could pull more. Deadlifting big weight taxes the fk out of me and it hinders my recovery on other training days. I always take a day off after back and legs training days. Thanks for the info and encouragement bro

press1's picture

This is the problem with them - when the workout goes well and you lift big you feel like a monster for 24hrs afterwards, BUT when that F'in Deadlift hangover kicks in and you just feel shattered, your CNS is shot and get that awful headache running up through the back of your neck into your brain LMAO you wonder if it was all worth it. Worse is after 1 or 2 days complete rest and you go to do something like bench or shoulder press where you realise you can still only activate about 70% of fibres via your spinal cord and its just a waste of a workout. Thats when you debate whether they are really worth it - But of course once you haven't done them in 5 days its right - Lets Ave It!!!! Diablo

I think deads are one of those lifts we naturally tend to wanna constantly PR because it engages so much of the body that the numbers can get sexy. But you're absolutely right. They can lay you out.
Deads are a fundamentally sound lift, I just prefer to do them for reps. Still engaging all the muscle groups and reaping the benefits w/out the damage. Keep in mind, I'm also not a power lifter.

press1's picture

They are a funny old exercise - some days that bugger just will not budge from the ground and other days the thing flys up catching you out and left thinking why did that feel so easy, what have a changed in training for it to jump like that?? LOL

I've ditched them before now and just concentrated on BB rows for the size and thickness you get which I managed to get up to 190kg for 5 on. But I was still unhappy as alI I wanted to do was set a new Deadlift PR LMAO

Gotta get her on board so you got someone to do your pins

Big Tone36's picture

My wife used to be like that until I educated her on the subject and benefits of responsible anabolic usage. She even did a few anavar 10mg for 4 week cycles after awhile. She been training in the gym herself for 20+ years. I'm not recommending that you get your girl on juice but women can comprehend if you present the case properly
