+ 1 Little advice on pinning? Please!
Hi, I am fairly new to gear, only on my 3rd cycle. (Also sorry if this has been answered before, I tried searching and didn't find anything as specific.) Ran Test E and Tren E my first cycle, made the mistake of injecting only weekly, and too big of an injection in a virgin muscle the first pin. I can only self inject and due to mobility reasons with my shoulders (badly torn rotator cuffs) I can not pin my delts (can't reach without tensing up) so I switched 2nd cycle to Androl and Test E, so I could rotate thighs, ALWAYS have PIP for 3 days after, (using a 1" 25g) but my last pin of my last cycle and 1st pin of this cycle (3rd cycle) I have had a slight fever the day after pinning Test E. (also new batch). My BIG question is, could the gear be dirty? Causing me to get sick? Is there a better way to pin to lessen my PIP? I have tried sitting with leg bent, sitting on bed legs outstretched, lately i've been sitting an letting the pin leg relax straight out in front of me. I'm not a big guy, 5'10" 190 lbs, 17% BF, can't pinch fat on thigh. And admittedly, I always shake while pinning, which I'm sure contributes to PIP. Really need some advice or help. I can walk after pinning, but cannot bend my leg, putting pants on is a chore, and getting my socks on is an act of congress.

So just to update on this post, with some positive advice and negative advice recieved. Test Flu was correct, but not due to "influx" of hormones. I can't pin point the problem per say, but changed sources and little to no PIP, way less knotting. Leads me to believe my body didn't agree with the oils in the previous sources gear, or it was dirty gear. Hopefully anyone that's new to this and experiencing any of this will come across this and maybe this will be helpful. Thank you to all of you with positive suggestions.
BodybuilderZeppTest only for first 2 cycles, not sure where you read Tren first.
Glutes and Delts are the easiest to pin. 22g to draw, 25g to pin so you have a fresh needle. Alcohol swab bottle before drawing and area before injecting. Massage area after injecting, workout the muscle group you injected, hot showers help, heating pad when home, icy hot on the go.
Pin your glutes. Quads are the worst for pip.
You have test flu. Once your body gets used to the additional influx of hormones it should get better.
I guess thats kinda the big question. I did read up about test flu, but if my other cycle was at 250mg/ml and this batch is 250mg/ml and my dose hasn't changed. Could this just be a bad batch, or could it still be test flu? Also, I had to pin one dose of this batch at end of last cycle due to running out. Thought the "flu" was conciedental last time as people were getting sick with weather changes at the time. Also, I know.. everyone said tren was wrong choice, but I had little to no pip in thigh with tren, just with the test. I am however changing sources to see, hopefully anyway. See what happens with my order.
How bad is the rotator cuff tear Bud - have you seen a physio about it? If its greater than a Grade 1 tear then you may have to have some kind of surgery or intensive treatment. If its just a minor tear which I had beginning of the year then from experience you are honestly best avoiding training for at least a month to get some good recovery on it as you do not want it getting any worse than it is. I made this mistake of trying to train still and it either made it worse or just prolonged the pain and recovery when in hindsight I should have left it alone for much longer, even though it is extremely irritating not being able to lift for a while. Just do leg presses and rows, abs, calfs but not shoulders, chest or biceps as they all involve the cuffs.
No clue how bad it was, was 20 years ago.. just don't have the mobility... zero pain in 98% of lifts. Unless i stretch it past the point of my rotation range. IE can't squat with standard bar, have to use a safety squat bar, or do leg presses. every other lift is fine.
Not trying to discourage you but you have many issues you need to resolve. First, get your shoulder fixed. If you have a "badly torn rotator " then get it repaired or heal properly. If you can't train properly you can't make any type of real muscle growth. Second, it was not a huge mistake pinning a enethate Ester once a week. Matter of fact a doctor prescribing trt will tell you to do just that. Enethate Ester has a half life of 5-7 days but personally I prefer shooting this Ester twice a week this way there is a little less fluctuations in blood levels . The huge mistake was made using tren in your first cycle. Third quad shot are painful for some people including myself I stay away from them even though I'm not sensitive to pip which test enethate or tren enethate should not cause anyway unless it's not made correctly over dosed or too much ba or bb solvent/preservative in it. The upper outer ridge of the glute is your safest place to shoot your gear. Third, you should not use anabolics until you put on some more muscle and reduce your fat naturally. If your getting sick from the gear then your can't eat, train, or like you said even put your socks on you need to make a conscious decision if this shit is for you or not. I'm not being harsh with you, I'm telling you the hard truths about this game, it's not for everyone. You shake while pinning you have a phobia for needles lots of people do. I'd hate to see your reaction if you hit a blood vessel and felt that feeling you'd probably panic yourself into a heart attack.
Your response was actually not harsh, the rotator cuff injury was when I was doing roofing at 19 years old. I"m 40 now, I spent 10 years active duty military, so I've done plenty of natural training, I was 140 lbs when I enlisted. I do not actually have a phobia of needles as I've taken classes for administering IVs, done my own piercings when younger (successfully) and I've spent countless hours under the needle getting tattoo'd. My mobility issue comes from not healing properly when I was younger, there is no pain, I just can't rotate my left shoulder as far as I should be able to, hopefully doing yoga with the wife will help there. Blood bothers me zero, my own or others. And the "fever" I was asking about, has only been with this new batch. And only hits me the next day, then done. No time lost on working out, its more just an achy, slightly temp.. like run a 99 instead of 98. I've heard from the medical community that glute injections are bad due to siatic nerve. not just hitting it, but the oils spreading and possible complication from the oils and the nerve. And to clarify, none of it stops me from doing anything, well except bending my leg fully, i can still do squats, its just wierd. which is why I asked for advice. But thank you for a more constructive response then the other responses.
Sorry for my mis understandings. I wish you the best in your future endeavors. Try a different src. There's plenty of reputable ones on here. You can read my reviews if you'd care too this may help you make a decision.
There is also a forum from within the last month strictly talking about quad pain. There were multiple replies and tips/tricks. It explains a lot with regarding quads specifically.
Ok search “quad pain” and read the first three results. You didn’t try at all.
RustyhookerIm kinda concerned about bad rotators and trying gear. Dudes gonna be cripple
RustyhookerRead my pinning forums then re-ask questions.
And...tren first....flat out dumb. Dont be yolo
