-1 Commercials SEROVITAL and NUGENIX for example.. Are they allowed to make these claims of more HGH and TEST
I see so many commercials like serovital and nugenix saying an increase in HGH and Testosterone boosters (whatever that means).. Are these companies allowed to make these claims about increased hormones with these over the counter products? With so much advertising that HGH and Testosterone can help in different ways on regular TV commercials ,it makes no sense to take these products. The funny thing is if you go to your doctor and play the commercials for them and tell them look at all the positive results HGH and TEST is showing with these products, can i skip that and just get the actual HGH and TEST prescription. It makes no sense to me. The Serovital and nugenix seem to be allowed to offer these products and get off label results. Just wondering

If you take Nugenix and have good diet excercise and sleep but your over 30 years old and your testosterone is low, what do you do to increase your results?
Ms WorkerBeeHey, Very good information, i just see these serovital tv ads all the time, and they say they tested it and gh increased by so much and mention all these anti aging benefits. I am just surprised a company can make claims on what seems to be a mixture of BCAA'S. I always believed real HGH only comes in inj form, powder pills etc are not real actual GH. The only exception to this would be mk677 and their medical cousins. correct me if i am wrong...

They claim nothing. Read between the lines. They are vitamin and mineral pills and are selling only what we already know about B12, zinc, etc.
Read the "Tips and tricks" in the sales literature. Do that and you'll get the same results without the product.
Tip: Nugenix is reported to work best when combined with a fitness routine.
Tip: Do some form of strength training 3-5 times per week. Whether or not you take Nugenix, regular exercise is a great way to naturally boost your testosterone levels. Resistance training, in particular has been shown to provide an increase in testosterone production. You might try: Lifting weights, Using dumbbells or High-intensity interval training.
Trick: Increase your dosage by 1-2 capsules, as needed. If after 1-2 weeks of taking Nugenix you do not feel an increase in your energy level, try increasing your regimen to 4 or 5 capsules per day. These capsules should all be taken at the same time. Do not take more than 5 Nugenix capsules per day.
Tip: Eat a mix of carbs, protein, and healthy fats. Maintaining a healthy diet is another proven way to boost your testosterone levels. Avoid eating processed foods and sugar. Instead, focus on eating whole foods. Be sure to include:
Protein such as eggs, garbanzo beans, lentils, chicken, and beef.
Fruit and veggies such as spinach, broccoli, sweet potato, bell pepper, apples, bananas, berries, and mango.
Grains such as brown rice, quinoa, oatmeal, and whole grain bread.
Healthy fats such as olive oil, coconut oil, and avocado.
Trick: Keep stress levels low. When you feel stressed, your body is releasing cortisol. When you feel confident, your body releases testosterone. By taking steps to reduce your stress levels, you can help boost your body’s testosterone. You might try: Meditation, Yoga, Positive thinking, or Speaking to a therapist.
