So I’ve struggled with gains no matter how hard I work out or eat healthy. Someone brought up Var to me and I have no clue where to begin. Any info on it for women would be great!
*How do I cycle? I know cycle periods but is there one that you prefer that works best?
*How do I know what I’m getting is legit?
*Does it mess with your heart?

AnonEat more. Then eat more. Then eat more.
basskiller88What’s your nutrition look like?
if your one of those with super high metabolisms,id be more inclined to say instead of eating clean,id more say to be loading up on carbs and refeed days..
id also look into your training protocols pos switch rep ranges and style...
to try help with your questions somewhat..
for women it is of the upmost importance to try to stick with pharma grade stuff or tried and tested reputable labs etc..
and you should be testing any of the compounds before you actually cycle them just to be sure your good to go etc..
When you say you struggled with gains, does this mean you are trying to bulk. Lots of different paths to take but you need to clearly define your goals first.
OP you out there? Did you get the answers you needed?
Hey there. Welcome.
Go to forums page please and look up there. Plenty of usefully information in :

And
Also by using search on top of the page.
Good luck.
Ud need to tell us more. Being ur mid twenties, ur body shld respond great to a decent nutrition plan and working out. Var can help, but drugs will be absolutely no good if u don't have a great grasp of nutrition and weightlifting.. Gains or cutting!
How much do u know about nutrition macros and dieting? Like what is ur diet?
What kinda workouts do u do and how many times a week?
Have u had full bloodwork done anytime recent? It's always good to make sure u have no underlying conditions messing up ut goals and especially if u decide to run a drugs in it.
Let's start here, before we can help u elsewhere.
Boayou should check forum topics, info online before even decide to think on doing a cycle.
imo and experience its risky to give any advice for women online. I wouldnt dare to do it.
I would say you should do a lot of research... and keep enjoying lifting weights, find new ways to progress, improve even more your training and diet.
Thank you!
you can search all this online first, you are not ready yet for steroids
I definitely have, but i figured I would ask other people for their option/recommendations considering I can’t ask the people who posted articles about it.
Yes, unfortunately alot of the ladies are not current on here but some of their experiences and doses are logged. I remember when I first came for answers, I wanted them immediately. I now respect the red tape that slowed me down. We have answers, just stick around, continue research, answer questions, and ull see the amount of knowledge u wind up with.. If ur serious for gains, post a pic with everything uve been doing for the last year and ull get some progressive answers..
