The source has been enduring DDoS attacks from hackers that are trying to export sources (scroll down and you can find the source's post about it).
Such attacks lag out and sometimes completely block their computer system from working properly.
Of course, the source (or any other business) does not want it to be this way, but it is clearly beyond anyone's control.
The best we can do is try again when the system is up and hope communication go through.

Idk if it’s just the Mobil site but the “new” site is lacking….. the compounds are no longer split up and everything is kinda mashed together. Haven’t checked on a computer yet but the Mobil site is ass…… hope this gets ironed out in the near future. Also, when logging into the site, ordered placed domestically are not in my “orders” tab……

we updated our site. The new design should be more user-friendly. We merged all 3 warehouses under one single account. If you had accounts with different passwords (US domestic and international), please use username and password for your international account. All discounts for constant customers were preserved. If you can not log in, please reset your password reset link on the login page.
If you encounter any issues and can not complete your order please report using our contacts page. We will provide store credits for significant bugs found and reported.

Hi. I had an intl acct I think but I built up all my seniority on the domestic site. When I login to the new site it shows all my orders and yet when I go to order it does not apply seniority discount anymore. Should be an easy fix since it shows I ordered like twenty times.

I will report that on my end (maybe it shows different of different devices but this is what I find):
1) I do not see loyalty (previous orders) discounts displaying in the cart.
2) US Warehouse store credit/balance is not found.
Anyone do a US domestic order lately? If so is it still smooth as always? Been some issues with the site wasn’t sure how it’s affected the US domestic orders. Thanks for any info

How long is delivery these days with WH2?
Good evening! I have an order that was shipped on May 28th, except every time I track the status is the same: "The Item is at the shippers warehouse" So you only asked for the collection? Not in transit yet?
Did you order from warehouse 2? If so, the tracking status won't update until your package gets to Europe. From reading the many comments here, and from my own experience (a month or so ago), this part of the delivery can take up to a month, possibly longer. The tracking status does not update during this part of the journey.
From the basicstero website: "Warehouse 2 is located outside of Europe! However, we ship orders in such a way that packages are routed to final destination through a middle-point in Europe, which significantly lowers the risks. Tracking number will show delivery from one of the European countries."
