I placed an order on Feb 20, and I still have yet to receive anything. This is after several correspondences via email. I was a bodybuilder in my 20s, but now, at 45, I'm just trying to maintain a TRT regimen. Needless to say, the interruption in supply had a quality of life impact. They put $100 on my account for my inconvenience, but it might as well be monopoly money as far as I'm concerned. If the products are not received, a billion in a hypothetical account has no benefit. They drug me along for months, saying things like "we're sending you a new package", "our internet was down", etc. It's always some excuse. I could have paddled a canoe across the ocean by now. After 4 months, I'm writing it off as a loss. I'm not sure how many of these posts are internal plants as propaganda, but I definitely got screwed out of over $500.

Hey guys i ordered 3 times from Phcl already and im very happy with their products but since my HGH source stopped and i need quite some i am a bit skeptical about buying some HGH from them in terms of the postal service not throwing the package around since hgh is very fragile and how well is it cooled with the hot weather atm as it takes atleast 21 to 30 days to get to me....

The source has been enduring DDoS attacks from hackers that are trying to export sources (scroll down and you can find the source's post about it).
Such attacks lag out and sometimes completely block their computer system from working properly.
Of course, the source (or any other business) does not want it to be this way, but it is clearly beyond anyone's control.
The best we can do is try again when the system is up and hope communication go through.

Idk if it’s just the Mobil site but the “new” site is lacking….. the compounds are no longer split up and everything is kinda mashed together. Haven’t checked on a computer yet but the Mobil site is ass…… hope this gets ironed out in the near future. Also, when logging into the site, ordered placed domestically are not in my “orders” tab……

we updated our site. The new design should be more user-friendly. We merged all 3 warehouses under one single account. If you had accounts with different passwords (US domestic and international), please use username and password for your international account. All discounts for constant customers were preserved. If you can not log in, please reset your password reset link on the login page.
If you encounter any issues and can not complete your order please report using our contacts page. We will provide store credits for significant bugs found and reported.

Hi. I had an intl acct I think but I built up all my seniority on the domestic site. When I login to the new site it shows all my orders and yet when I go to order it does not apply seniority discount anymore. Should be an easy fix since it shows I ordered like twenty times.
