+ 11 Just finished my very first cycle. Anavar + Test C - pics attached

Exactly 60 days has passed now and not a single workout was missed, and my diet was 1000% on point with no messing around no matter how hungry I got.

I’ve been on TRT and added in 37.5mg Anavar daily + an extra 50mg test weekly. In total my cycle was 250mg test c + 37.5 anavar. (My pills were 50mg so I cut into 1/4’s and took 1/4 am, 1/4 mid day, 1/4 pm.)

I lifted 4 days a week only hitting each muscle 1x and had two cardio sessions a week which was singles tennis for 2 hours where I burn a sheet ton of calories. Towards the end I’ve been on only 1800 calories a day and 100% of my carbs are before and after my workouts.

Im 5 11 and went from 204lbs - 193 lbs in the 60 days but I’m positive I lost more than 11lbs of fat because I put on a lot of muscle in my shoulders and traps. Still going to keep cutting for another 30-60 days but going back to my normal TRT protocol now.

A lot of people were suggesting to up the test from 250mg to 400mg but at 250 my test is at 2000 and free at 500 which is awesome. After a 3 month break I’m looking forward to my first real test blast where I’ll run 400mg for at least 3 months. Only other thing worth noting is that I aromatize heavily and had to run 6.25mg Aromasin DAILY to keep e2 in the normal range.

Excellent progress! I’m starting to think moderate test with anavar is the way to go. I was amazed at how well 300 mg of test with 20 mg of anavar worked for me. Planning to throw in Primo at 200 with anavar at 40 for my next cutting cycle.

Well u deffinately showed that u can stay commitmented to what u put ur mind to. Looks great bro. I'm a big fan of low test stacks. I don't care what drug ur taking, diet is going to shine through and I can see u took that serious.. finally a + and ill throw u another + somewhere for putting up with my shit.

Lol. Singles tennis = 1v1. Myfitnesspal has it as 700 cal/ hour but I think that’s way over rated. I would equate singles tennis with HIIT training which is like 250-300/ hour.

Agreed dude. Natty levels are around 600 so even “TRT” is a huge advantage due to stable blood levels and whatnot.

So your "natty" test level is 600 but you are doing trt at 30? And you just got off a cycle and are planning on doing another in 3 months? Are you self prescribing so you can cycle every few months? Why not just never stop?

I think you read my messages wrong. The average male has a test level of around 600. Mine was 229 before starting TRT haha.

I feel like you’re looking for an excuse to bash me for some reason but ya I plan to do a test blast around October for 3 months.

By the way average test levels in men age 19 and up is actually anywhere from 240-950.
