+ 5 The recommended way to control your BP and Heart rate during and before your cycle

ad

It is highly recommended to maintain a systematic BP and HR before and during a cycle.

The right timing for doing so is an early morning, just right after you wake up. This way you will be able to track if your cardio-vascular and nervous systems. And going by the readings, maintain a healthy training routine, so the cardio-vascular and nervous systems are not getting overwhelmingly stressed.
Take your reading in the morning, straight after your bed and in the evening, after the training session.
This way you will be able to track and the quality of the wellness of your body and understand what is the current condition of it.
You have to bare in mind, that there is a lot of factors that can affect your BP and HR such as food, caffeine, stress and others to avoid any type of misleading readings and understand your average rates

How to take your HR readings:
To take your heart rate readings manually, you have to find an artery on your body and take count of pulsations per minute.
Right down the result and continue to do so throughout your normal day in the same position. Make sure you are righting down any changes that you might have spotted.
-Take your HR reading when in you are in the state of calm
-Straight after you have woken up, while you still in bed
-In the end of your training session
-One hour after your training session
-Before sleep, when you are already in bed

How to take your BP readings:
For taking the correct BP readings, please use the tonometer:
-Take your readings sitting and in the comfortable position. With the back positioned straight against the chair. The arm supposed to be on the same level as your arm. Your arm muscles have to be relaxed.
-The reading supposed to be taken in a state of calm, after a 5-minute break. 30 minutes before taking the readings, you should not: Drink coffee and exclude any other stimulating drinksat least 1 hour before taking the readings). Don’t stress and avoid any physical activity (at least 1 hour before taking the readings).
-Do not move or talk while you are taking the readings.
-Take 2-3 readings every time you are willing to check your blood pressure.

Hope it can be useful for those who is interested

I personally think that proper hydration is key too. Pumping sludge is harder than pumping a less viscous fluid.

I know it is! I've had high bp most of my life, it's a bitch when you add aas on top of an existing condition. Here would be my lists of absolutes.

1: hydrate properly ( kidneys need to flush)
2: get rid of excess body weight.
3: no caffeine or stimulants
4: veggies and fruit high in potassium
5: cardio
6: no added salt
7: watch your e2 levels
8: no processed foods( box means bad)

These help me

Yes they are. 250mg of caffeine with some dhma is really a bad habit to get into. But like most addictions it's really hard to give up once it becomes part of your daily routine. I could see reducing your trt dose some if you have e2 issues, but people need to be honest with themselves.

Absolutely, proper hydration is a must, especially if there is an issue, kidneys are the main organ to control you BP

I always read twice for almost dead accurate readings, another thing to control you bp is diet and food as well as managing E2 and E2 to androgen ratios's. other than that this post is 90% solid +1

Its always all about the basics to start off with, some people would not even know if there is an issue.
