+ 5 The recommended way to control your BP and Heart rate during and before your cycle
It is highly recommended to maintain a systematic BP and HR before and during a cycle.
The right timing for doing so is an early morning, just right after you wake up. This way you will be able to track if your cardio-vascular and nervous systems. And going by the readings, maintain a healthy training routine, so the cardio-vascular and nervous systems are not getting overwhelmingly stressed.
Take your reading in the morning, straight after your bed and in the evening, after the training session.
This way you will be able to track and the quality of the wellness of your body and understand what is the current condition of it.
You have to bare in mind, that there is a lot of factors that can affect your BP and HR such as food, caffeine, stress and others to avoid any type of misleading readings and understand your average rates
How to take your HR readings:
To take your heart rate readings manually, you have to find an artery on your body and take count of pulsations per minute.
Right down the result and continue to do so throughout your normal day in the same position. Make sure you are righting down any changes that you might have spotted.
-Take your HR reading when in you are in the state of calm
-Straight after you have woken up, while you still in bed
-In the end of your training session
-One hour after your training session
-Before sleep, when you are already in bed
How to take your BP readings:
For taking the correct BP readings, please use the tonometer:
-Take your readings sitting and in the comfortable position. With the back positioned straight against the chair. The arm supposed to be on the same level as your arm. Your arm muscles have to be relaxed.
-The reading supposed to be taken in a state of calm, after a 5-minute break. 30 minutes before taking the readings, you should not: Drink coffee and exclude any other stimulating drinksat least 1 hour before taking the readings). Don’t stress and avoid any physical activity (at least 1 hour before taking the readings).
-Do not move or talk while you are taking the readings.
-Take 2-3 readings every time you are willing to check your blood pressure.
Hope it can be useful for those who is interested

MarcusAureliusbasics first HYDRATATION make sure u drink a lot, clean diet always dont eat junk in off season, also dont get too much weight very fast no matter fat or muscle will be the same...take also some great herbal supps like carditone and do your cardio ,just simple walk 30-40min per day can do wonders.
And last keep an eye on your estrogen, especially if u run high test
Good read sir !
I personally think that proper hydration is key too. Pumping sludge is harder than pumping a less viscous fluid.
Molinin302^ this is big
I know it is! I've had high bp most of my life, it's a bitch when you add aas on top of an existing condition. Here would be my lists of absolutes.
1: hydrate properly ( kidneys need to flush)
2: get rid of excess body weight.
3: no caffeine or stimulants
4: veggies and fruit high in potassium
5: cardio
6: no added salt
7: watch your e2 levels
8: no processed foods( box means bad)
These help me
Molinin302Nice list there buddy. I saw something funny on a YouTube video the other day. Its a guy who's on TRT and makes videos of his progress. The eye doesn't tell all, I certainly see his blood lol, but he spoke about lowering his cypionate by 25mg weekly because his BP was slightly elevated. Then a few minutes later in the video he was headed to the gym and said how his skin was tingling and he's amped up from the pre workout he drank. I mean, c'mon. People aren't this stupid are they?
Yes they are. 250mg of caffeine with some dhma is really a bad habit to get into. But like most addictions it's really hard to give up once it becomes part of your daily routine. I could see reducing your trt dose some if you have e2 issues, but people need to be honest with themselves.
Absolutely, proper hydration is a must, especially if there is an issue, kidneys are the main organ to control you BP
I always read twice for almost dead accurate readings, another thing to control you bp is diet and food as well as managing E2 and E2 to androgen ratios's. other than that this post is 90% solid +1
trash300Good post but thats a basic thing everybody should do if you feel you've BP issues.
Its always all about the basics to start off with, some people would not even know if there is an issue.
Molinin302A for effort and caring but a couple adjustments here...
Always give yourself time to wake up, do not take right after awakening. Your body releases hormones and chemicals when you come out of sleep, its a rhythm, has a specific name which has slipped my memory. In addition, if you have any obstructive sleep issue like apnea or snoring, your blood oxygen will drop causing your heart to beat harder to move more blood which will raise blood pressure.
Sit in a chair with your arm palm up and at the same level as your heart, or lay flat.
Barring extreme physical activity, 5 minutes of deep breathing should be enough time to bring blood pressure and heart rate down, 5 seconds for deep inhalation, holding breath, and exhaling.
While sitting or laying prone, do not cross your legs or constrict any limbs.
Hope my additions helped, its a very important issue. In my experience, personal included, BP is 90% diet and lifestyle. I notice (besides one compound in particular, Boldenone) my blood pressure will maintain a lower reading during a blast because of the diet changes.
Best wishes
Thank you, Sir. It my very first thread here, so I was a worry if people gonna accept it.
Molinin302Thank you for posting. Many of us here put our health on a pedestal. Whether one uses PEDs or not, blood pressure is a very important issue that many people ignore. Its called the silent killer for a reason. Threads like this are valuable to both the community and people who may be curious and just passing by. I mean, if you even helped one person by typing this, and they go to a Dr and catch a problem early, think about what you've really done. Best wishes buddy.
Updated very well sir!

Molinin302How was your holiday big guy?
This post and your adjustment has done it perfectly clear for soooo many of members!!! Way to go guys!!!!
trash300Yes brother but most people are a bit dumb, they care bout their health in all possible ways, overdose vitamins and other unnecessary supplements but aren't able to do a simple BP check.
This is why those kind of conversations and posts are vital for the people. Blood pressure can be an issue, that you wont even feeling in your day to day life
