Personally I think the guy is a tool.
Yea he's a great guy to learn from if the goal is to be as extreme as possible. His training style isn't for the family man.
I love his dedication to mastering his specific style of ultra high intensity training, and his openness about how abusive his gear use has to be in order for him to get where he is. He has shit genetics, which he is open about. He has to do shit that would never be recommended to anyone, in order for him to grow and be freaky on stage.
However, it has enabled him to be an amazing gift to the community as a coach and resource.
My coach has told me the dude has literally just kept to the principles of growth for years, Surplus Food and Nutrition + Progressive Overload + Adequate Sleep + Proper Recovery + AAS (proper Estrogen Ratio in comparison to androgen level) + GH + Blood Glucose Control (method of which vary) = Growth always, the rate however varies random based on genetics. Dude doesn't compete or compete often
I've not seen him before but just checked out a few of his videos now - that's one thick set guy!!
& He's English Lol That's Eddie Halls gym he's training in, Strength Asylum.
He doesn't mess about when it comes to time under tension does he Lol Slowest 75kg dumbell press I've ever seen, must be working though.
Yeah he’s a big fucker for sure, clever guy with regards to bodybuilding and business from what I can tell but I just can’t watch his videos because they make me so uncomfortable how hard it is for him to breath. He looks about 50 but is actually only 30 or something, some serious androgen abuse.
yes hes 31 or so and looks fucking disgusting
It's heavy tren use and high BP from a lot of gear isn't it, plus can you imagine how energy sapping it would actually be to weigh 300lb's? Esp if you aren't the right height for it. I know when I was a 140lb natty I was fit as a fiddle and heavy breathing walking up stairs in River Island was never an issue LMAO - Yeh he defo looks a lot older doesn't he. I've noticed gear use has aged me over the 6/7 years for sure.
