+ 2 tren A totally destroying my sleep

ad

So about my 4th week on tren I can't seem to fall asleep unless I take 24 mg of melatonin a night. Which makes me sleep but it takes about 4-5 hours to kick in and it is segmented sleep broken up into 3-4 hour partials.

I am debating getting off but my gains have been so incredible I'm not sure what to do. I was planning to run it for 8 weeks.
I might try unisom along with my melatonin tonight....
Looking for suggestions.

1-2 hour partial sleep here as well. Usually 2 sessions then I make coffee. Today is no different. 2-4 hours a night max, but I'm fresh the next day. But.... This isn't from Tren. This is my everyday. If it wasn't for weed I wouldn't sleep at all. Thank you military. Thank you warzone. Sigh. Makes Tren insomnia feel like a vacation from this. ;-)

I was putting myself through torture coming off a prescribed antipsychotic for sleep, it was throwing my diet off.. almost no willpower to consume that 1k cal at night anyway I went cold turkey , dropped ten pounds in them two weeks. Was running the tren alongside and didn’t sleep for three days. Yeah I was looking trim but with no sleep I was paranoid. Gotta keep my mental in check before my body I was learninf

I don't get paranoid when I cant sleep for days. Just a bit cranky. Military trains you to be kosher with sleep deprivation. It's stuck and never let loose. I haven't needed an alarm clock in almost 25 years. I have this anxiousness that doesn't let me sit still and makes me get up. I feel like I need to be doing something productive that's where my insomnia comes in. Those times I find something to do when I can't sleep or I try and learn something new. Turned it into a superpower instead of an ailment.

I just know for me anything after two days no sleep I cannot function

This is my big problem with tren. Add fatigue and you become unsociable and it amplifies the sides of tren (nervousness, impatience, intolerance of people noise).
Stop it is wiser at your 6th week.
The tren is excellent, I haven't used it for 4 years but I often think about it...

Try gaba, glycine before sleep... I hope it can help you

Regardless of the acting Esther I do get the insomnia to some degree, I always have seroquel on hand from a recent prescription for when it gets really bad. Id recommend Benadryl and melatonin before delving into the world of antipsychotics..

thats the thing with tren its such an amazing compound interms of effectiveness but after a certain point in can also hinder progress specially when it comes to sleep/recovery and most of all mental health etc...
i find it becomes unbearable at around the 6-8week mark terrible night sweats insomnia and reduced cardio which has a knock on effect all round and starts to actually decrease performance...
here is where i usually decide to stop the tren and run something else, this way u got the gains from the 6 weeks of tren but jump off at the right time to not take away your original intentions...

ive used tonnes of tren over more than a decade ive ran all sorts of low high doses etc.. and the main thing ive learnt is over the years tren takes its toll and eventually u realise that longevity and maximising performance and recovery should be priority over suffering with tren sides...

note tren is a mental health killer which compounds further and further with each cycle you do..

Cortisol mate.

I would lower the tren if possible. You do not need a lot of this drug for it to shine. If that doesnt work then you could try other supplements like mentioned below by others. I personally like weed as it helps me to sleep and stay asleep. I also wake up like a zombie when taking melatonin.

If you arent planning already, I agree with others that next cycle you should try NPP and MAST. I like TREN except I find that with higher doses of TEST, that i get so many sides from it.

I have the same problem in the past so I replace tren with npp and masteron.

For me when i did tren cycle was wonderful drug. It made me calm and relaxed person. On tren i slept more, 9-11 hours. But deca or npp is the worst drug for me. Maybe you would be better using deca or npp.

24 mg of melatonin?! Damn that's insane.. I use 2mg and it helps me fall asleep quickly.. but for me I found sublingual melatonin way better than pills

Yeah the good stuff works as advertised. I have to pick to run Tren when I want to suffer out of the gym for gains in the gym. This compound is no joke. I couldn't imagine Tren sweats in a heatwave plus not being able to sleep would drive me crazy

Bill1976's picture

I don’t like tren anyway. I get way more gains from NPP

Your one of the few that believe me.

Maybe just stop taking it? Maybe your health is more important then 5 pounds of muscle?

Prime example of addictive personality disorder. But testosterone is safe? And tren only affects my sleep which rest is not important?

hes 5 9 at 260 pounds, hes a monster. or hes 20%bf or more taking tren.

I know everybody is different in terms of why they find sleeping on tren difficult, but the only time I can never fall asleep on it or wake up after 3 to 4 hours is if I am either hungry or thirsty. This rarely happens before bed as I stuff myself with food to keep the acid build up away from it, but it ALWAYS happens during the night. I'll wake up and literally cannot fall back asleep again until I've got up and eaten. Don't always think you will feel hungry either as often I don't - but I'll sit up for how ever long it takes to say get some toast, cheese, ice cream and protein shake into me. Often fruit juice too to be hydrated. Make sure you consume carbs and sugar also as this is often a big reason. I think this is a reason why a lot of guys have issues on it as they are also cutting and consuming very few carbs. Just try out this theory and make sure you are always full on it when going to bed and get up and eat in the night if you wake up. I never ever sleep straight through whilst on tren but often can when not on it.

f6357941's picture

so one advocates no carbs before bed and you say eat before bed, what is the real answer?

If you are trying to get bigger and stronger eat before bed for sure so your body is never left without nutrients, if you are trying to lose fat or get into good shape probably drop the carbs. A lot drop the carbs I believe as they are trying to avoid night sweats.

f6357941's picture

yes I use it for bulking and strength, but I was deciding if it was an option to cut carbs before bed so I can sleep.
not that I'm asking how I should be dieting while doing a bulk lol.

I'm pretty sure you train for strength don't you so consume as much protein and carbs as you can at all times.

press1's picture

Its the worst when you wake up with acid in your throat from being laid flat on your back and you have to quickly sit up and burp it out LOL I always try fall asleep on my side to get round this. Damn strength gains on it are just too good thats the problem lol
