I want to start a discussion with people who have experimented with various anti-aging and rejuvenation peptides. What dosing protocols did you follow? What did you experience both positive and negative? I've put together a list of peptides that I have heard about. Feel free to discuss any that I've failed to mention.

Have you ever run MK-699 mate? I've decided to try stick it out for the IGF 1 release and GH pulsing but I must admit it seems to have wacked my BP up some! Got a damn headache from it.
Are you referring to MK-677? I have been taking it for 6 months. I switched over from generic Chinese hgh. I've been loving the results from it. Quality of sleep and skin improvements have been the most noticeable. My body fat has been decreasing and lean muscle mass has been increasing. I'm taking testosterone so I expect to see this.

SR9009 injection not pills for endurance
I've done only liquid oral while doing a tren cycle. It is hard for me to tell if it worked or not. I was doing 90 - 120 workouts so I'm assuming it had some benefit.
AnonI have some experience I will share.
Allow me to tell you a little about myself for the sake of context.
I'm an athlete, and I don't discuss that for privacy reasons.
I'm not a bodybuilder or a powerlifter. Many athletes look to the bodybuilding and powerlifting community for knowledge. It's the community with the greatest wealth of knowledge regarding nutrition, diet, training, sports related injuries, supplements...the list goes on, you get the point.
I have had a lot of injuries and it is an athletic disadvantage for me to get too big.
This year has been an off year for me for a number of reasons and I've changed up the way I train and experimented with gear that isn't the best for what I do, I mean shit, Tren does not help with endurance training.
Onto the peptides,
I've ran 100mcg of Ipamorelin and 100mcg of CJC-1295 w/o DAC 3x a day multiple times for 8 to 12 weeks. I don't like to push it to 12 weeks, I usually stopped at 10 weeks because Ipamorelin becomes ineffective after 12 weeks. I would use 100mcg of GHRP-6 in place of the Ipamorelin as needed before meals. Sometimes you need more fuel in your tank but lack the appetite to put it there, 100mcg of good GHRP-6 turns me into a competitive eater. Running these peptides I had quicker recovery time and stayed lean and mean. I would run this peptide stack between cycles, such as a cycle of "real" Epistane (produced legally before the 2014 prohormone ban). Once I hit that 10 week mark I would drop the peptides and jumped on an 8 week cycle of Epistane, which was great for endurance and strength and pretty mild on the liver in comparison to other things, then I'd run a 4 week PCT and go right back to some peptides. I always have BPC-157 on hand and have used it many times. I like to use BPC-157 on fresh injuries, even if it's just a contusion that has to be drained, I got a doc on call, he's a GP (general practitioner) and can get me in that day or next day, after draining however many cc's of fluid I will go home and take a 28 gauge and pin 500mcg of BPC-157 right into the injury, next day I will do 250mcg twice a day for 1 to 4 weeks depending on the injury. I have experienced an anti inflammatory effect from BPC-157 within 30 mins of pinning a freshly swollen and hot the touch injury. I have used it so much that I have hit tendons and corked the needle a few times, push the plunger and nothing comes out cause I'm in a tendon so I gotta pull out and pin again. Using image search for injection sites of different joints helps a lot, one should learn the anatomy of the injury area before sticking things in it. Knees are not hard to do even if you pin 83.3mcg in 3 places twice a day (500mcg a day), search knee injection sites, lots of helpful pics.
I don't see IGF-1 LR3 listed. I've used it at 20 to 50mcg a day for 4 to 6 weeks. I always reconstituted with 06% acetic acid...it stings a bit. I have had legit and bunk IGF-1 LR3. Most of it is bunk from my experience. I don't even try to get it anymore because I been ripped off so many times.
Also not listed that I have used is MGF and PEG-MGF. I prefer PEG-MGF because it has a much longer half life than MGF. MGF has a half life of minutes, PEG-MGF has a half life of days. I used PEG-MFG on a muscle that had atrophied some while injured and it helped restore strength, size, and symmetry. This was very noticeable. I think it's a great peptide for lagging muscles. I was using 400mcg of PEG-MGF a week in that muscle, 200mcg twice a week (400mcg total a week). I have also done bilateral dosing in trained muscles twice a week. With PEG-MFG 200mcg to 400mcg a week bilateral intramuscular injections on rest days seems to be the way to go, for example: If you trained triceps yesterday then today you could pin 100mcg of PEG-MGF in each tricep for a total of 200mcg. I do not recommend going above 400mcg of PEG-MFG a week. The most I ever used was 400mcg a week and that was effective without negative sides. Cycle length on this peptide is 4 to 6 weeks.
Also not listed that I've used is Melanotan II. Tan fast and evenly and stronger erections with this peptide. I forget what I dosed it at cause it's been years and I only used it once. Try not to get a scratch while using this one because it will turn into a dark scar.
some say that mixing ghrp peptides with cjc have the same results as 2-3 iu of pharma hgh, did you experience something like that? i have used ghrp6 for a time now and i eat alot more than i would without it, so ghrp6 is something one with difficulties with eating should look at. i tried igf-1lr3 50mcg post and pre workout and got nothing, so imo its a waste of time and money.
AnonNo, I did not experience that. I experienced better results from real pharmacy grade HGH.
CJC-1295 w/o DAC increases the GH pulse from the GHRP you use and that's why one would use it with a GHRP.
Taking a GHRP and GHRH combo will cause a high GH spike but it wont last as long as taking exogenous HGH. Exogenous HGH will be active for 3x maybe 5x longer than the GH pulse from these peptides. And unlike these peptides exogenous HGH is more stable, there isn't as high of a spike and then as fast of a drop. Exogenous HGH is active longer and not dependent on your body producing and releasing it. If one could get the same results from these peptides then why would anyone pay so much more for real HGH? Real HGH blows these peptides out of the water. And real HGH has been studied a lot more on humans.
Taking exogenous HGH will suppress natural GH production but production returns to normal fast, this has been studied. Taking research peptides at high doses or for long duration might screw up your pituitary gland or something. In my opinion there isn't enough studies on these research peps to go blasting them at high doses or running them for several months at a time...And you said you were using GHRP-6 back in January of this year, if you haven't cycled off it for a while I think you should. I have never seen a study that said taking GHRP-6 for 5 or 6 months is healthy or safe.
And all GHRP's are not equal.
GHRP-6 is a dirty first generation GHRP that elevates cortisol and prolactin. GHRP-2 is a second generation GHRP with less sides and a greater GH pulse than GHRP-6. Ipamorelin is a third generation GHRP with the least amount of sides.
got you, i have tried other peptides but for what i want and need, i would say ghrp6 is hands down best there is, i didnt feel no fat burning sides, only insane hunger on 100mcg three times a day and that is what i wanted the most. would you say that cjc was a waste of time and money? i did not feel any thing from it, nor fat burning or more rejuvenated, so i think i am going to steer away from it from now on and just consentrate on ghrp6. yes i did use it from january but then the covid came in march and i just went cold turkey from it, it was a shame as the results i was getting was extreme so i have been of from it from march til the beginning of july. how long of a time do you think one should be of ghrp after say 6 months of use, i was thinking of being on ghrp6 until december and take two months complelty off.
AnonNo, I would not say using CJC-1295 w/o DAC at 100mcg with a GHRP is a waste. I explained why it is beneficial to use it with a GHRP.
I have had good results with CJC-1295 and GHRP-6. Dosing 100mcg 3x a day everyday. I feel it was equivalent to taking 2iu of pharma grade hgh. The frequency of injections gets old real quick.

I have experience with Epistane and was very impressed with the results. I have no experience with IGF or MGF. I've taken PT-141 but never taken Melanotan II. I am naturally tan so I never wanted to make brown spots more pronounced with usage. I am going to look into MGF. Curious on how I can incorporate into a future cycle. I am interested in doing a full body healing with TB 500 and BPC-157.

I do find it interesting that Robby Roberson, Dave Draper and the late Jack Lalane all maintained solid physiques late.
LaLane while not as large was easily the best athlete out of of the three. Very underrated man imo.
Appearance is important to me but quality of life is more important. I want to have proper neurological function. I don't want to deal with issues from inflammation, diabetes, and cardiovascular function. I don't want to be literally living to die. I figure if steps are taken now, I can mitigate significant health problems.
I have personally only experimented with ghrps. Sermorelin, Ipamorelin, GHRP 2 & 6 and CJC-1295
I was administering Sermorelin for almost a year at 300mcg 30 minutes before bed. I was waking up every morning feeling well rested. Definitely improved sleep quality while on which trenbolone. One day out of the blue I developed an acute allergic reaction. My entire body broke out in a rash. Had intense abdominal pain. My face and throat swelled up. I had difficulty breathing. I immediately took benadryl which probably saved my life. Can't take it anymore. I've since switched over to Ipamorelin at the same dosing protocol.
I've done cycles of GHRP 2 & 6 and CJC-1295. I would dose each compound at 100mcg 3x a day. I got the same results as taking pharma grade hgh at 2iu. The frequency of injections is what turned me off.
