A simple Push and Pull routine with garbage weights.
I've got a Golds Gym bench with a 20lb bar , and 2 dumbbell bars the kind you slide weights on and thread the weight stop on , and a total of 260lbs in weights four 25lb plates and an assortment of 10's and 5's all of which were covered with cob webs and rusty from sitting in the garage unused .
I bought two heavy tension bands to add more weight to my bench when I'm pushing , and I have to say those really work like a charm. Basically my routine is push one day and pull the next , each day an hour flat in the garage . On pull day I'm Pulling dumbbells alternating arms as heavy as I can until I hit complete muscle failure, in between sets I hit a set of pull ups on one of those door jam pull up bars .
On push day , I'm hitting 225lb on the bar with the heavy resistance band added, then down to 205 on the bar with the heavy resistance band , then down to 185 on the bar with heavy resistance band added. Ill push until muscle failure , and hit some flys in between sets .
All in all that's pretty much my routine day in day out alternating days , I wanted to keep it simple so as to stay motivated because that is my biggest problem right now staying motivated. I miss my gym , and I miss my friends but ill be damned if I'm gonna lose all the gains I've made fuck that, Ill lift bags of rice if I have too then ill eat those bitches .
How does my gym set up and routine stack up to you guys set up ??

Routine looks awesome. Maybe try including a leg day here and there?
My gym consists of shit loads of water bottles in a big holdall and rucksacks with water. Also some bungees to replicate bands.
The holdall weighs around 40kg when full and the rucksack i can make up to around 20kg. So I can still manage for example a decent arm session...and whilst awkward I can get decent shoulder session one arm arnold press the holdall when full holding the long strap which actually feels good for stabilisers and core and then a lot of individual delt head stuff with the rucksack...
Chest and back is difficult as the weight just isn't there... So maxing out to failure on inverted rows and pull ups, push ups of all variations and with the Mrs on the back aswll lol.
Whilst it's shit an not the same there's no way I'm just giving it up and when all this is over I'll at least know I've done what I can with what I've got.

I wish i had gotten a cardio machine like a stepper or treadmill since now we cant even run outside with all the craziness thats going on. And than i would be completely set to never have to leave the house lol.
Screw that bro Go run just where a mask it will intensify the cardio of the run lol.
Yea I wish I had something I could do dips on, they were a huge part of my routine .
Do dips with two chairs it works you just have to balace just so
I've used kitchen worktops or chairs for them in the past when I've been away on holiday with no access to a gym. Use to get my GF to straddle my back too and do a load of press ups next to the pool whilst getting pissed Lmao Aahh those were the days .....
This is my project for tomorrow, cost me about $65. The pipes and brackets where pricey. But we’ll worth the couple dollars.

Yeah bro first time i ran with my training mask i turned it to the hardest setting and damn near blacked out because i couldnt get enough o2 hahahahaha havent done that since.
no doubt bro, you have to know your limits before trying a run with a mask.
Oh yeah i definitley agree with you on that one i got myself and the wife one and i tried mine first and told her damn these are no joke and she tried it all the way to the hardest restriction and immediatley turned it down hahaha.
AnonI have a bench with saftey bars you can turn around and squat off of. About 900# of Olympic plates and a weight cage that doesn't fit in my apartment post divorce lol so I just use the bench for incline/flat/decline with similar weight. I made it up to 275 on the incline after losing some momentum from the nonsense going on nowadays. I don't even flat bench anymore. I can't do deadlifts here so I do mostly bent over rows, starting at 135 going up to 225 or so. I have several dumbbells but unfortunately nothing over 50#... almost everything I do is with an olympic bar. My bench rails are tall enough for me to squat with or do overhead press from the opposite side so I've got pretty much everything I need covered for now at least. Some heavy ass dumbbells would be great for single arm rows but I'll live. Im really missing a cable machine... There's so many varieties of exercises I just mix it up to keep it entertaining during this quarantine. I don't actually have a set workout routine or schedule but I rarely have to take a full day of. Life is weird now!
Have you seen Sneakerzilla's commercial gym set up in his basement?! Have a gander at that lot on the 'home gym' post and then sit down and feel jealous LOL
Damn damn damn, now that's a personal gym , I am jealous for sure.
I essentially have a pile of weights lol .
